We stopped in on Saturday night- 2/28 we waited about 30 minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich. The whole restaurant was waiting for their orders. The weird part was I counted about 9 people working just in the front- I understand if for some reason I couldn’t see, something was causing delays, but then they should tell people when ordering so you can make a decision whether to wait or leave. Then too top it off my husband burger was luke warm and cheese on top was cold.
We eat a lot at Culver’s because my husband if gluten free and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Not good.

The Culver’s experience inside the restaurant is par for the course. The parking situation outside is a little awkward, especially if the drive through is busy.

Avoid on a Saturday night. 1 cashier. 1 worker running orders to tables. Waited over 20 minutes for my simple order.

I personally think Culver’s is the most underrated burger restaurant on the market .
The value and quality are always top notch and, the staff are always consistently friendly and polite at every location I’ve ever visited across the country!
My go too spot to get a whole meal + fresh made custard for UNDER $10!
If you didn’t know; the kids meals come with entree, apple slices or fries and your choice of either milk or soda PLUS a coupon for a scoop of the flavor of the day on the bag!
I paid $7.56 for all of that tonight!
Their competition honestly doesn’t even come close to meeting the value or the freshness!

Swung through the drive through tonight 01/12 and ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, waited over 15+ minutes from the time my order was placed until I received my food. Got down the road and discovered my “made to order chicken sandwich” was ice cold and still frozen. Like it was never even cooked. I had somewhere to be so I didn’t have time to turn around and go back, so I suffered the loss and went without dinner. Very disappointed.

Food is generally fine. Service is probably the worst ive ever had at a Culver’s. Wait times are up to 30 minutes for a simple order. I go with my kids to get custard and they mess up our order literally every single time if its more than one menu item. Literally every single time.

I don’t understand what the negative views are. Perhaps they just came at a bad time. I don’t know or they are just here to get attention.
Anyways, I’ve never had a bad experience I’ve been going here every other weekend for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. This place gets busy time to time which is normal for any food chain. And people seem to forget that they are always made to order. So the food is going to take a bit of time to make. But the wait it is always worth it.
There are some unfortunate times where I do have to wait 20-25 minutes, but honestly I don’t mind. I’d rather go here than go to a McDonald’s getting fake food.

One of the worst Culver’s in general; always a miss with the service at this location over the years. Tonight was my last straw; my boyfriend and I waited 17 minutes when they weren’t busy at all. We were in the parking lot as we placed the curbside order, then circled back up to park in the curbside spot; we could see the kids at the counter just standing there chatting away. People came after us and left in that time. I finally went in to get the order myself and they knew I was the curbside order right away when I walked in. Our food was sitting on the counter, and they went to fill our 2 drinks as I walked in . I asked for 4 packs of salt and apparently they thought it was funny to throw not only a handful of packets in our bag, but there was some in/under both our burgers. Seemed like it was something they did purposely to be rude for no reason as I didn’t complain when I went in, even though I rightfully could’ve.
Not my first bad customer experience here. But hopefully my last, as I don’t plan to go back to this location.

No matter the time of day, no matter the order…there is always a long wait through the drive through. It can be a simple ice cream order with two cars off to the side waiting and they will still not have your order ready and ask you to line up at the curb. Not just one time but three times now.
