Place was immaculate, food was served fresh, and fast. Cashier took our order and seemed very eager to make our dinning experience perfect. Our burgers were indeed perfect, bun wasn’t saturated and soppy wet with grease. The whole family was happy- big smiles.

So first of all, we ordered our food but the lady couldn’t ring it up fast enough, I was in a rush. Thennnnn we had to wait 30 minutes for my friend’s food, even though she ordered right after me like her order should’ve been right behind mine? So eventually she finally got her food after 30 minutes. The food was still lukewarm, tell me how that happens???Then we got some of our custard but guess what, we found a hair in our custard, eww very unsanitary. So my other friend got her custard but of course she ordered chocolate with brownies, we got vanilla. Then they had to go back and make another one after 10 minutes. I then ordered my custard and got vanilla with sprinkles. Yes, you got it right, I didn’t even get my sprinkles. I had trot up to the counter and Tori (who was super nice and helped us resolve all our problems) felt so bad and fixed up our custard and food. We were very disappointed but Tori deserves a raise for helping us in a such a sweet way.

Used to be my favorite place to eat in town but after our experience tonight we will be taking our business elsewhere. Went through the drive through and ordered 1 adult meal, 1 sandwich and 1 kids meal. Asked for extra ketchup, got none. Asked for the bun of the sandwich meal to be the toast and they didn’t understand. When got up to the window, my fiance confirmed bread as the bun and they said they would have to remake it. And then proceeded to talk about how we should’ve asked for it earlier behind the closed window. Service has gone absolutely out the window when you have a bunch of high school friends working together. Doesn’t seem to be an adult among the bunch.

Well after dinner rush we ordered a Deluxe basket with applesauce, and a concrete mixer. Showed up plenty early, no one at the counter. I asked for my bags, which were behind the clerk. She disappeared for 5-10 minutes and came back with an already melting mixer, a lukewarm burger with shredded lettuce, and a Motts applesauce cup.
Am I crazy or did Culver’s serve warm applesauce? Did the picture not show at least leaf lettuce? Toasted crisp buns? What’s a joke.

The last 2 times that I have been to this store the food was awful! The onion rings were overcooked and dry. I had the fish sandwich that was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. Also, had the mushroom Swiss. Flavor was good but the sandwich was a mess. Clean up the plating and reduce time on fryer. You might want to clean it more often. This is the worst experience I have had at a Culver’s. My family is staying at Airbnb here and we went to the drive through for ice cream. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with two toppings. This is what a normally order at my local Culver’s. The employee taking the order told me I have to pay for my toppings and I didn’t understand what she was saying and thought she was under the impression I was ordering extra toppings. She was very rude and told me that all Culver’s charge for sundae toppings and they are not included in the price of a sundae. I’m ordering a sundae not plain ice cream! I proceeded to order anyway willing to pay for the toppings, mind you when I say toppings, hot fudge is one of the therm which is not already included in the price. She gets angry with me because I can’t just say hot fudge, I have to specify how many pumps I want because each pump is .75. We go back and forth for a little and I’m still being kind and respectful, apologizing that I’ve never heard that before and I’m not from here. She then tells me it’s like this at every single Culver’s and has been like this for 2 years. At this point I’m so overwhelmed, I just order a concrete mixer. If I wanted plain custard I would’ve ordered that and not a sundae just to be charged for toppings that should already be included. My local Culver’s includes 2 toppings and anything additional is extra. Never have I been asked how many pumps of hot fudge I want. My daughter was in the vehicle behind me and also had a similar experience! This lady should not be in customer service!

I got the pub house burger that was supposed to come with pickles mayo and bbq sauce, it looked really good on the menu. The burger I got had only 2 small pickles and a tiny dribble of bbq in the very center. Nothing like it was supposed to.

I hate to post a negative review, we come eat or pick up dinner here often and we love the food. But my family and I have had missing cheese curds, or sides the last two or three times we have come for food. Each time we got home which is 15 minutes away, someone of the 5 of us was missing food.

Went early Feb and there was not much ice- it was unseasonably warm (45F). Will go back in summer. But winter had some very beautiful sights to offer as well.
