A great place for a bite that is going to be better quality than their competitors. With fast service and polite staff things are always top notch. The best part is the menu size and options available. There is even a gluten free option that is solid.

Food was average,atmosphere was average service terrible. One of our party asked them to turn off the music and they were told they’d go to the manager. It was not turned off so I asked nicely plz turn down the music I was than lied to that the music was turned down when it had in fact not been. When I said no it wasn’t the manager told me she’ll see what she can do but I could tell from her tone nothing would be done. A pleasant lunch ended in a headache due to refusal to turn off music and the lie it was turned down.

My meal was great! One of my friends at the table got a Sundae and it was like half a scoop. He did go back up and even the person at the counter couldn’t believe how small the sundae was. They remade the sundae and all was well, hence 5star review

I love this location, and I love the food. However there is a serious problem with the new parking lot design. To start, it IS a much better design than the previous single-entry parking lot, but there is a flaw in its design in that it allows people (usually those who are unfamiliar with the new design) to cut the line. There is signage pointing people in the right direction, but it definitely doesn’t seem like it’s enough, especially at night. The reasons I’m complaining about this are:
1) It’s a disservice to those who spend their time properly using the drive-thru lanes correctly, allowing people to skip the line with no correction or retribution.
2) It should *NOT* be up to customers to honk at line-cutters to correct them and get them to go around the building to enter the drive-thru line correctly.
There definitely should be more signage, and/or traffic cones, marking that the left lane of the parking lot (closest to the building) is NOT for entering the drive-thru, and to go around if you want to enter the drive-thru. I’ve seen this done at other locations (Neenah) and it seems to have worked there.
I would love to hear from the Culver’s team and see this situation improve, and when that happens, I will update my review. Thanks in advance.

Slow service and dysfunctional staff. A simple combo basket on a weeknight takes way too long. Not worth it and the new drive through lane and parking lot was designed by a drunk 10 year old
