Cattleman’s Roadhouse is a locally owned, Kentucky Proud restaurant. We are not a chain, but we do now have several locations in the surrounding area. We are just a couple of Kentucky boys serving great steaks! We pride ourselves in local buying and suppliers. When we opened our first restaurant, we scoured the state to find the best quality foods possible. Our steaks are aged 28 days, hand-cut, and are second to none in tenderness and flavor. Our burgers are Aspen Ridge All Natural Beef that is certified, humanely raised, with NEVER any antibiotics. From our locally sourced produce to our handmade desserts by Helen, we strive to serve better quality foods than other casual restaurants.

Stopped here for lunch and it was nice to find a good ol steak house. There are not many around anymore in our area of New England so we are happy to find and eat here. Steak was cooked spot on, portions sizes were just right and service was great as well.

First time at a Cattleman’s…. was seated immediately, our server was very quick to get our drinks and put in our order. Food on salad bar was fresh, ordered food come out quick. Everything was hot & delicious. We got (3 big) chicken strips with fries and sirloin (cooked perfect) and (delicious) red skinned mashed potatoes. Their rolls were very light and fluffy and cinnamon butter was delicious as well! Easy to get to off interstate.

Our first time trying Cattleman’s Roadhouse. First off, THEY HAVE A SALAD BAR! This alone makes it worth coming in. Lots of tasty, fresh, ingredients and many items to try here. Our server Wendy took great care of us. The manager, Becca, who was friendly and outgoing took the time to check in with us and make sure everything was to our liking.

Never had bad steak from Cattlemans until today. Waitress offered Togo box… took her almost 10 minutes to bring to us no lid for bourbon sauce I ordered on side either.

Gabby and Don are the reason we keep coming back. My wife and I only have Saturday’s during the week to go out with our daughter due to conflicting work schedules and responsibilities at home, so when I say we keep coming back, it’s because these two are super stars, and as long as they are there, we will keep coming back. Great salad bar and bartenders. 8 of us wound up eating at bar since hostesses didn’t have a clue. Called earlier and manager said it wasn’t going to be a problem. Hostesses told us 45 minutes and didn’t care what we were told earlier. After 45 minutes didn’t want to tell us how much longer or how many in front of us.

The steak I had was good but to be honest it was over seasoned. The cook was perfect, exactly the way I ordered it. I think the next time Im in town visiting my son and we go there I will just stick with the salad bar.
