I haven’t been back to this Culver’s in over a year because of repeated issues with slow and poor service, and the last experience was the final straw.
I ordered ahead online at the end of my delivery shift. The app estimated the food would be ready in 4 to 6 minutes. As a delivery driver returning a company vehicle, I can wait a couple of minutes, that’s reasonable. What isn’t reasonable is waiting 15 minutes past the quoted time with no communication. When someone finally brought the food out, there was no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment of the delay. It felt like my time didn’t matter.
This wasn’t a one time issue. I’ve had multiple experiences here with long waits, incorrect orders, and pickup times that weren’t accurate. On another visit, I waited inside for a pickup order that was marked ready, only to stand there while employees were joking around and not paying attention to customers. Management did not step in or correct anything.
What’s also frustrating is that when you leave feedback, the response is just a generic message directing you to a website instead of actually addressing the concern. It gives the impression that as long as business is steady, customer complaints do not really matter.
I understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen. But consistent delays, lack of communication, and no accountability are hard to overlook. I hope they take customer feedback more seriously in the future.

Ive come to this location a lot, I’ve always been more or less satisfied with the experience, but last week I have decided to take off my roster. I had order two spicy crispy sandwiches with extra pickles and they came slathered with mayo, when I called to complain the person said they would grab their manager but it just sounded like the same person picked up the phone again, and they told me the sandwich has had mayo on it since August.. I am forced to believe that that has to be a lie as well because I’ve visited this location multiple times since August, have always ordered the same thing and never have gotten mayo on this sandwich before this experience. I felt like I was lied to and disrespected. Honestly I’m disappointed. And if the recipe really was changed, then you ruined a perfectly good sandwich and that is equally disappointing.

I had checked out an article on Google about the top 10 burger chains today. Culvers’s “Butter burger ” was near the top of the list. Not being from the North Central American heartland, I had zero exposure to this chain. Recently I traveled to Wisconsin. And low and behold a Culver’s was within a couple miles of my hotel. So what was my experience? The burger was BANGING! Even beyond the “fast food” parameter, I would travel a moderate distance to consume this burger beyond ALL competitors. The sides were tasty and delicious (I even tried the cheese curds). The service, cleanliness, and atmosphere were above standard. Menu choices were present, but my focus on both my visits, was locked into the Butter Burger… I now agree completely with the highest ranging of the article I checked out. And give my hearty recommendation for this establishment!

I came last minute 6 minutes before they closed and I was greeted with the same smile and positive energy you would expect from a mid morning visit. I don’t usually have such great interactions past 8pm anywhere so that was really refreshing.food was fast, delicious, and fresh. Most places forget things in my order but today I ended up with an extra sandwich I didn’t order. Today was my day I guess

This is the slowest Culver’s ever. Every time the guy behind me is server before me when I order one Chicken sandwich. I can bet Money it will take at least 25-30 minutes to order inside or the drivthru. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow it still takes forever. I hate to leave a review like this , but this is the slowest Culver’s service ever. Food is great!

Food has always been good for us.
We tend to do drive thru more so not much atmosphere but the lots always clean.
For road trips , we get family order of fries.

No one had aprons or name tags on so I don’t know the employee but the one on set bagging food kept cussing. Ketchup area was disgusting. Dining room had trash and dirty tables. Also greasy. Press your patties out
