Butter burger deluxe has always been one of my favorite burgers, but the last one I got has me wondering if I accidentally drove through McDonald’s. Dry over cooked burger with the most skimpy toppings I’ve ever seen. For nearly ten bucks I expect more than one small red onion ring, one thin leaf of lettuce, and essentially no sauce. Service was still great, but the burger was a huge disappointment.

Food is great. Although guy at drive thru (black curly hair) ALWAYS messes up my order! Literally every time I go it’s either forgetting a sauce, completely different burger than what I ask, forgets to add an item. You name it! If you get your order taken by this guy make sure you have him repeat your order at the window. I guarantee he will have messed something up. Culver’s do something about this guy or I will be avoiding this location.

Stopped for a quick lunch. I had the new pub burger and it was divine! They screwed up my order when ordering another sandwich I wanted the meal but she didn’t add it so I had to pay for additional fries & drink instead of the combo price. Oh well, it’s still good and I will be back!

I used a coupon for a free basket meal. My previous visit resulted in getting an incomplete order. Then this visit, my order was screwed up again. They corrected without even an apology. Service at the local Culver’s has gone down since COVID. Maybe I just went at the wrong time.

Awesome butter burgers! Cheese curds are good I personally don’t care for the breading. I wish they would change to something like a light beer batter. Kids meals come with a free scoop of ice cream.

Manager reprimanded co-worker in drive-thru. Unprofessional! Food was extremely greasy. We went three the drive-thru thinking this was a good idea since we just flew in from our vacation.

For the amount of people I saw working in there and the tables not cleaned, floors disgusting, bathrooms gross, empty ketchup pumps, was BEYOND me. I cleaned our table and seats off myself while the employees watched me do so. I continued to watch folks come in and have to clean off their own spots. A person from my group went to the bathroom and two employees went in to the bathroom together to clean it and they sat there goofing off instead of doing their jobs. The teenagers behind the registers were throwing things at each other, poking fun at one another. There was zero professionalism about this Culvers. Highly disappointed.
