As a chick fills a signature member never have I had to wait over 10 minutes for my order this Chick-fil-A mobile order drive threw is highly not recommended 15 min later and still here 20 minutes later finally revived my food! Wow they even took that long and added pickles to my food

We were given the opportunity to RSVPfor this great event at Chiick Fil-A in Lewisville, TX. This morning the hours were 9:30-11:00a.m. We took a pictures with the Easter Cow. The manager came around said, Hi and chatted with us for a bit his name was David. I placed our order to dine-in on the app. It was 123 step. Brandon and Becca were AWESOME staff members. I Love to be to invited to events like these.

This is a great location. It’s near the library which makes it very convenient for me. I pop over after the library whenever I go. The double lines are nice as well as the ability to order pickup through the drive through. The process is always quick and friendly. They almost never get the order wrong and the food is always fresh. My orders have seemed to be missing items only very recently which is uncharacteristic of them. This might be a new/training issue considering the near 100% record before. Regardless, it’s extremely rare.

04Aug2022: 5⭐: Opening Day: I would recommend this location and this restaurant. It’s open today. The restaurant has that new restaurant smell. Oh, wait a minute, that new Chick-fil-A smell!! Okay, it’s been long enough waiting outside to make sure this location is as good as the other locations I have visited. WHAT!!! It is…it is just as good as the other locations. They have balloons and plenty of people to help keep the business going. The location is great. The restaurant size seems huge compared to the other locations that seem to have issues in the parking lot. The restaurant sits off the main street with a cross street to allow for traffic to enter and exit the lot. The restaurant is clean and functional as a new location should be when opening. The food was served hot and tasty.

I like the modern and properly designed drive through with no merging required. However, they didn’t give me my order of small fries, so I was overcharged by $2, or a straw for my drink, which is just irritating. The fries we did get were subpar. It’s very disappointing to not have a stress free Chick-fil-A when there are two so close to the house.

My girlfriend and I visited this location for breakfast, let me tell you hands down it was freakishly delicious! We’ve eaten at multiple locations and they were good but this here is number in our books. The biscuits were buttered to perfection and the chicken had a pleasant crunch that was surprisingly delicious! Hats off the entire staff, especially the cooks. Being a chef myself, I definitely can taste the love!! ❤️❤️❤️

Stopped in before I went to work. While I was waiting I noticed everyone who came up behind me and had ordered had gotten their stuff first . When the young lady finally brought my stuff she had such an attitude. Not sure if maybe she was having a bad day or what but it didn’t look good on y’all’s part . Usually when I go to chick fil a the whole process is fast and everyone is so welcoming . This location has some work to do. Until then I rather drive to another location . Probably won’t be back to this one .
