I try to avoid going to the Koeller Street location because of the bad service and quality of the food. However, today I was on that side of town I decided to stop; expecting a different result this time, since I haven’t been there for month However the same issues remain. Whether it be the quality of the food or lack of it. Today, I got 2 double butter burger baskets. The patties were incredibly dry and cold- not made fresh to say the least. On one of the baskets I substituted for cheese curds instead of fries and got 10. The bag of curds was no where near full and they were ice cold. The fries for the other basket temperature was around the same, “warm enough.” Also, the bag of fries was lacking fullness but was at least halfway full. As for service, the man taking my order continuously was just yawning, and seemed as if he would be rather doing anything else other than taking my order. I told him my name for the order and that was that. I then pull around to the window and the woman opens the window and just says my total, and slams the window after I give her my cards. She then tries to hand me everything back all at once, and I say thank you as I am taking it all. She replies “yep. Pull to the right” slams the window again. Wow. I am just upset I paid for food that was not very good, and was treated with the bare minimum of customer service.

Sean is the best. I was working at a nearby store and frequently closed there, but living about an hour away meant I needed to grab dinner before the commute back. The first time I stopped in, he complimented my hat. No matter what I ordered, I always got a pup cup for my dog. Eventually, Sean met my dog through the drive-thru. It was very exciting for everyone. It got to the point he wrote “Willow” (my dog’s name) on the pup cups. Shout out to Sean.

Saw a video online with one of your team members being extremely rude to a customer and this was after the fact that he went out of his way to buy the workers there some food. I can understand not wanting to be recorded but it’s a first amendment right he shouldn’t have reacted that way and if he was so disgusted by the customer why did he accept the food and refuse to give it back? Please train your staff better to deal with people recording

Disappointing experience, especially given that we usually love going to Culver’s. For one, the floors in the dining room and bathroom were trashed. All the catsup and napkin dispensers were empty. I would have understood if there was a rush or they were short staffed. It was 4:30 PM on a Sunday, and I counted 10 workers, a couple who were leaning on a counter and chatting.
Food was great, though came out slow.

Very clean restaurant, hot food made to order, great cashier lady. I call her the librarian because she rides the bus to work and always has books to read. She was very friendly and I always recognize OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Madame Librarian

Typically, I am a huge fan of Culver’s but tonight I was disappointed and wish there was a “redo” button. We drove to Koeller Road Culver’s because I love their red raspberry custard, and that was tonight’s flavor of the day. We ordered food through the drive thru and expected there would be a wait on account of the gorgeous 80 degree day. We waited 15 minutes for two value baskets, a salad, and a scoop of the flavor of the day. The two baskets were perfect but the cranberry bacon blue salad needed work. There was no bacon on the salad for beginners and I picked out wilted lettuce, a piece of hamburger, several pieces of shredded cheddar cheese and a dried blueberry of all things. My scoop of the day was served very melted. I took a picture of what it looked like when I got it home 7 minutes later, it was more like a milk shake The staff was hustling to get orders to the car which was a big positive but the quality of the food left something to be desired.

I stopped at Culver’s because I wanted to try their new CurdBurger, which is a cheeseburger with a very large deep-fried cheese curd included on it.
The cheese curd was round (just big enough to be a generous circle between the buns.) The curd was half an inch to an inch thick.
My first bite reminded me of a pizza commercial, since the cheese was just the perfect temperature. As I took that first bite, the melted cheese stretched from the burger to my mouth. Ah, a perfect first bite, so beautiful!
The cheese was a delicious addition to the burger.
I Googled for a calorie count, just out of curiosity – over 700 calories for the whole burger. Honestly, it was very filling, and I was not able to finish the whole burger.
Culver’s burgers are always well made and delicious, so this new option is a winner to add to their menu.
Sadly, they are saying it is only available for a few weeks.
Personally, I suggest they also offer this deep-fried curd in a bun without the burger. I think it would be a great option for people who prefer to avoid meat.
