Culvers is just simply the best there is for fast food. But expect your order to be missing the details basically everytime. Burgers go with out ordered and paid for extras with frequently, and concrete mixers with paid for extras are also frequently missed. Food is still very good and besides the missing paid for extras, I have yet to have bad service at any culvers.

Evening run to support charity with a $1 donation for each scoop of root beer infused chocolate custard with chunks of Dove bar chocolate and cake. SO good. Great service and always clean and great drivethru. Our local Culvers is awesome, as are all others I’ve ever patronized.

Took a road trip to the Northwoods last week. Stopped at this Culver’s for supper on Thursday (6/5) .
It was very busy but the service was great!!!
Our cashier, Emma, did a wonderful job. She was friendly and efficient.
Found a table, and barely sat down when our food was delivered. Even tho it was a busy time, the restaurant was extremely clean, the service was prompt, & the burgers were delicious.
Another friendly, very pleasant staff person ,Emily, came over to check on us.
Emily was also the staff person who delivered our custards. She definitely knows what great customer service is all about!!
