Culver’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. Their ButterBurgers are perfectly cooked, and you can actually taste the quality in every bite. The cheese curds are a must — crispy on the outside, gooey inside — and the frozen custard is the best treat to end the meal (especially the flavor of the day).
The restaurant is always clean, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Whether it’s dine-in or drive-thru, everything comes out hot, fresh, and just the way you ordered it. Definitely one of the most consistent and well-run fast-casual places around.

Ordered for pickup. Cod dinner with fries & onion rings. Only 2 onion rings in the bottom of the bag. Also ordered 10 shrimp w/cocktail sauce. Cocktail sauce was missing. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and it was watery and no flavor.

They forgot a bunch of stuff. My water bottle, a concrete mixer, an ice cream, an apple juice, honey mustard for the chicken. This is easy stuff here. All you have to do is match up a screen. I mean, you kids spend half your day staring at one (phones). Unreal.

Decent overall. Some of the staff members were a bit rude (not sure if intentionally). The service was on the slow side. The checkout person was not very attentive. The busser was not kind when my husband had to connect two small tables for our family. They snottily said we would have to move it back after our meal. We felt pretty disrespected about that. The manager, I think her name is Liz, made our experience better. Which made me grateful.
The environment inside was overall clean. The main entrance sidewalk was stained & gross from garbage spillage.

We got our food right away, everything was good, except one of the 2 fish filets had a rubbery texture to it. The only person that was friendly was the cashier. She was awesome. The restaurant was clean. This Culvers could use a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I always complain about Culver’s in the southern US not being the same as in Wi.
After years of being away I have moved back and my first stop for food was Culver’s.
This location didn’t disappoint. Fast friendly service, and the food was amazing.

I bought 2 fish sandwich baskets and the fish was lacking flavor it was overcooked smaller in size and the bun was old and crumbly I am very disappointed in this because usually it’s wonderful I did get my order to go so I wasn’t able to go back to return them. At over 24 dollars for 2 sandwiches I wish they were worth it but they were not!

The kid that took our order was upset that we were there. He stressed that restaurant was closing in a half hour. When our food was brought out he again told us that they are closing soon. Think he was pissed because in his mind his shift ended at a certain time. Other than that everything was fine.

Ordered via Door Dash. Dasher stated that he only received the pint of custard and soda. No burger, no fries, no tenders. Ridiculous.
You contracted with DoorDash, you staff should ensure that the order is correct before it leaves the door, regardless of if it is an actual customer or a third-party delivery service.
Of course, I didn’t get a full refund on this inexplicable disaster, so I still payed 10$ for a pint of custard and a medium soda. What a deal, amirite?
Done with DoorDash, done with Culver’s. Only local places with their own delivery drivers from now on.

We went through drive-thru, didn’t get the kids meal ordered, called and they said they would put it under the heater. Went backn15 minutes later, they gave us the chicken strips without the fries. Friendly service but horrible execution.
