I stopped into Culver today to get a sundae, what i received was a whole lot more.
I want to thank the cashier that recommended the carmel turtle sundae and the person that made the sundae.
My dining experience was fantastic, the young woman that greeted and took my request was courteous, helpful and very patient. As a matter of fact, I interacted with a couple employees and everyone was very pleasant.
The value and deliciousness of the sundae was every bit as delicious as the employees were wonderful.
The store was very clean also. I highly recommend this store and I will stop back as often as I am in town.

It was around 8:00 – 9:00 pm. I placed my order with the family and guess with the skeleton Crew and being busy they forgot us for a little bit. I had the custard with peanut butter sauce. It was good and creamy no wonder they are famous for it.

We waited 35 minutes after ordering our food and never got it. My wife went to the counter to ask for a refund as we had 2 small children that were growing very impatient. They were very backed up with delivering food to people in the dining area. The food was on the warmers but only 2 people were bringing food out. They were clearly in no hurry. The manager was filling napkin holders. that must be a higher priority than getting food out to customers. There were several people that were there before us that had’t received their food either. Got our refund and went elsewhere.

This Culvers is very nice, clean, and you get great food and service. I left my purse there on accident. They kept it for me and I got it returned with every last dollar in my purse. Thanks Culvers for your awesomeness!

Went thru the drive- thru at 9pm on a Saturday night (11/22) ordered four shakes and a hot fudge sundae. Waited over 10 minutes, all of the shakes were like soup and the hot fudge was a hard consistency. Never going back to this Culver’s. Wish I would have gotten receipt so I could completed the survey.

I’ve been to a few dozen Culver’s before and have come to appreciate the consistency between locations. Great service for our 8-person group. They made a slight mistake with our order and were quick to correct it after we brought it to their attention. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again next time.

Starting to get a bit pricey but still is the best fast food restraint in town , we call the “good for ya fast food” we dine in drive thru very often. Dine in is always great and drive thru is also great except for one thing and its every time , they make my shake right away so by the time they bring our food to use in the drive thru lane my shake/malt is very runny, very!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Arrived today at 1215. Service was good. Went to get a table and my wife had to clean a table for us to set. Trash cans were over flowing. Floors had Trash and were sticky. Bathrooms were Trashed. Shrimp, cheese curds, chicken stripes were very greasy and tasted bad.Hamburger was very dry and bread was hard. This place was awful. $34. Should have asked for my money back! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

I’ve been to several Culver’s and they were all pretty much the same. At this location the food, service and atmosphere were all good. I do appreciate the food is made fresh when you order it.
