Employees are very friendly
Food I ordered which was a Butterburger,fries and custard was great in quality,temperature and taste.

Have visited this location many times. Workers are friendly with service well above others in the industry, food is served quickly, rarely have I seen a customer complain they got the wrong item or have a missing item. Pricewise it seems like a much better deal compared to other burger fast food chains in town. You can tell many other customers feel as I do because this location is always busy, especially the drive-thru. (Pro tip, don’t park on the Cranston Rd side of the building, you might regret it) Like all locations, they offer a free scoop of Custard if you fill out their survey.
My one criticism with this business is their sponsorship of the “Greater Beloit Area Crime Stoppers.” I have already voiced my criticism awhile back about this to Culver’s corporate and was only given the generic feedback of they would pass along my concern. The screenshot I am uploading is from the most recent Stateline Messenger. My concern was these notices by Crime Stoppers disproportionately feature black and hispanic citizens. You can see for yourself in this most recent print that nowhere is the phrase “innocent until/unless proven guilty” is written in these notices either. The other point I make is that almost all of these citizens listed are wanted for a “Bench Warrant” meaning they missed a court date which there can be many reasons for. If they had made the court date they would still be out in public, on bond, and no one would be the wiser. Just pointing that out to show that these notices do nothing to keep the public safer so there is zero reason to sponsor them.
This Culver’s location sponsors many other charities and events but this is one that needs to go. I encourage anyone who feels the same way I do to contact Culver’s as well to cease this sponsorship.

We tried the pub burger since we had one a few years ago. It was good, but not as good as the one from a few years ago. I think they change the specific recipe each year. But a tasty burger. I was going to get walleye, but it wasn’t up on the menu. Once I got to my table I saw a little sign for it. They should include it on the main menu with the seafood. I was disappointed that I hadn’t noticed it before I ordered. The sundaes were generous and delicious.

This is the second time I’ve gotten all the way home and my food was either completely wrong food or this time chunks of grease and gristle to the point you can’t even taste the sandwich you just taste burnt. Ridiculous, everyone is rushing around trying to get orders out but the food preparation is poor. Getting the food out the door heart and in a timely manner, I understand but the rushing the food, I mean it’s a grilled Reuben and sometimes the bread is toasted perfectly and sometimes it’s just soggy and barley even toasted! Get someone on that grill that knows what he’s doing!

Ate at the culvers in Beloit Wisconsin on January 30th. Burger was excellent fries were tasty but stay away from the cheese curds. What a disappointment. They are not a white cheese like the Ellsworth cheese curds I am use to, they were a yellow cheese. They were not deep fried. I don’t know what the outside was but it was not good.Its like they were cooked in an air fryer. Hope they improve.

Pleasant service. They are a bit slow…but that’s how they are setup. Pot Roast sandwich is great. Not sure how a fast food place gets taste like that. Pork sandwich is great too.

My wife went to take my daughter for ice cream at 7pm on 2/3 and orders a double scoop. My wife sat down and they brought a single scoop. She informed the employee of the error. The manager comes out and says “I heard everything and the cashier must have messed up. If you want another you’ll just have to pay more.” My wife goes up again and it’s busy and the wait would have had one scoop melted and one fresh one. So she just left. As a manager, they should have apologized and fixed the mistake. Instead, she took the time to go to the table to say pretty much “Too bad we screwed up” Now they lost a customer. Someone needs to explain to the manager about owning small mistakes and retaining long term customers.
