I’m a Culver’s fan – their food is very good. I tried the Pub Burger Value Basket. The Pub Burger comes standard as a double -that’s two beef patties. Also cheese, tomatoes, Bacon, lettuce, pickle with mayo -all on a Pretzel bun. It’s good, though maybe not 5-stars like you’d get at a good Pub, but I’ll call it 4.3 out of 5. For me, the Pretzel Bun was just a little too dense, but still good – just not a 5-star bun. The French Fries and drink are good too. Interesting -that I could have found a table and place an order that way. I didnt see this at my other more frequent Culver’s before? Good staff, fast service, clean location. A good place to visit!

Normally a stop at any Culver’s has been good. But then I didn’t read the reviews of this location before visiting. My burger order was lacking – first off, I didn’t ask for cheese but discovered it later when I was looking for the onions I had asked for. Only two?! Is that all you could spare guys? Plus a tiny drop of ketchup and only two pickles. It was disappointing. I hope this doesn’t become a trend at other locations. And what’s with asking for names in the drive thru?

Sorry excuse for a Culver’s…. This Culver’s is notoriously bad. Constantly messing up your order, forgetting your items, employees standing around when it’s swamped, perfect example of a portly managed facility. Tonight’s experience was right on par…ordered a Mushroom and Swiss with grilled onions and this is their pitiful excuse of a burger. Practically zero toppings and a rock hard stale bun…concrete mixer as usually was 99% plain vanilla custard. Save your time and money and find any other branch, one of the worst Culver’s I have ever been to on a regular basis

Today = worst burger ever! Incorrect order (ordered no cheese lactose intolerant) of course cheese was on it. The mushrooms tasted funky or Fungi!! To joke, but no joke, the mushrooms were nasty. Slimy, smelly, and horrible tasting. The bun was soggy (and not from the slimy mushrooms on top of the burger, this was the bottom bun). The specials on the bulletin boards were out of date. The eating area was filthy! Items sitting for door dash or pick up just grossly melted on the shelves right next to the registers. It doesn’t look like any of the kid employees have a clue of what they should be doing. As others have reviewed, mostly just standing around. This is the worst Culvers of any of them. I can’t bring myself to spend my hard earned money there or eat their nasty food.

I love this Culver’s. I usually once a month buy 2-3pc fish dinners. I went Thursday evening for my usual and was very disappointed as this location was closed. Apparently they had no internet and could not take orders. As I was there I noticed others that were being turned away as well. The drive thru was roped off. I am disabled,I look forward to my once a month treat that is usually fantastic. Just thought you should know how very disappointed I am. Thank you

Placed an online order. I was only a few minutes away, so I expected to wait a little when I arrived (at my local Culvers I usually wait more than a little). I checked in online and almost instantly my order came out to my car. I was very impressed. My pot roast sandwich was made exactly as ordered, with all the extras, and it was overflowing with meat. Luckily, someone thought ahead and very courteously included silverware, which was greatly appreciated (and needed). Cheese curds and root beer were great as always. Very please with my experience at this Culvers – they really went above and beyond.

They always screw up your order . Always check your orders here. Spicy chicken looks like they forgot the bread . Mangers here need to check these orders before they go out .

This is one of the best Culver’s we’ve ever been to! We’re from out of town and Culver’s is my daughter’s favorite restaurant (we love it too!) Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. 10 out of 10!

The experience we had at Greenfield Culver’s in Milwaukee was not good . Our orders were messed up. The servers were rude. Questioning our order making it uncomfortable but the manager Joe was wonderful. He did whatever he could to make it better. Nobody was angry. We just wanted him to be aware of the situation and he handled it very well. With respect to the customer and apologized and did whatever he could to help rectify the situation. He was very humble. I gave a 3 star just because of him. I hope his boss recognizes his appreciation for his customers and the company and I do believe that gentleman deserves a raise.

When I’m paying $0.55 a piece for extra toppings in my concrete mixer, I expect to get them. Not a hint of peanut putter, I can only tell that there’s ANY caramel by smell alone, and there’s barely any oreos. Ordered double oreos, double caramel, barely got the basic amount of either. On top of that, sandwich was completely cold when I got to the store and both mixers were COMPLETELY melted, as though they were made first then left out the entire time like there isn’t a freezer for exactly this. The cherry on top of this experience? The girl who came out sounded and acted like she was mad that she had to do her job. I’m gonna pass on this store for a while, maybe I’ll get lucky and someone who can read will fill out my order and I’ll GET WHAT I PAID FOR
