Our server, Joanne, was fantastic — attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Tahiti, our food runner, was amazing as well! She has such a warm and vibrant personality — she would make a great server. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.
Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
All in all a good experience. Thanks Chili’s.
Really stingy with napkins, salt and pepper. Had to beg for silverware.
Maddy is hands-down the best bartender ever. From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly cautious, genuinely heartwarming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and okay the entire time. That kind of care isn’t something you see every day, and it made the whole experience feel safe, welcoming, and special.
Not only were the drinks on point, but the energy, kindness, and attentiveness were unmatched. Maddy didn’t just serve drinks—she took care of us, checked in, and made sure everyone was having a great time. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just the job.
If you’re lucky enough to be served by Maddy, you’re in the best hands possible. Absolute gem of a human, incredible bartender, and someone who deserves all the praise (and then some). Give her a raise, a trophy, and about 10+ stars while you’re at it
First of all, it wasn’t even busy, but they sat us at a four-person table when it was just the two of us. We asked nicely for a booth and they said that whole section was closed… but then people who came in AFTER us were literally seated in the booths. That already threw the vibe off.
We waited around 25 minutes just to order a drink. Not exaggerating. And before we even got our drinks, the people who came after us already had their drinks AND appetizers. They also looked a bit older than us, which made it feel even worse.
They didn’t take our food order until like 15–20 minutes later, and our waiter kept changing. We had FOUR different waiters. Nobody set up the digital table pay. Nobody checked on us. Nobody asked if we wanted refills. We were just sitting there.
We asked for napkins while we were eating and didn’t get them until we were literally done. And the person who finally brought them wasn’t even one of the waiters we had before. Meanwhile there were like three workers just standing by the kitchen area gossiping and staring over at us.
The whole time we felt rushed but also ignored at the same time, which is crazy. It honestly felt like they served us poorly because they assumed we were too young to tip. And with how we were treated, yeah… the tip matched the service.
Overall just really bad service, uncomfortable experience, and definitely not the Chili’s quality I expected. I never experienced this at this location or any locations.
