I came through drive-through. They were pretty busy. I understand the wait because I did wait 20 minutes for a cheese curd and a mallet but that’s fine. My problem is in the drive-through. The guy with the mustache and the ponytail is telling me to “go forward and pull off to the right” but like there’s no spot and I was like oh I don’t really feel comfortable doing that and then he said “oh if you could just do that, please like there’s a spot way on the end there” And then he shuts the window on me so I start pulling up to go there to find out there is no spot so I freak out this car behind me and I have to go around the Culver’s like three times to get another spot over there and then this girl named Emmy came out with my food finally and I tell her the situation and I ask her to like do something about it like maybe like a coupon or something for that cause it really sucked and she’s just goes sorry But we are too busy. We can’t do anything about it, but I’ll let them know and I was like no, and it just made me mad and also my malt was literally a shake not a malt, but whatever you guys suck main street is way better.

Decided on the drive thru, as I was driving by on my way home. We normally eat in. I waited a long time for two curderburgers. Unusually long and I saw three cars that came after me get their food before me. In all fairness, I don’t know what they ordered, but it was more than custard. Finally, a nice young man delivered the sandwiches. We live 5 minutes from this location, so I would have expected the food to still be hot. It was not. Culvers definitely tries to maintain a high standard, but this time fell short.

I’ll always find time to go to Culvers. The parking lot and drive through were full and saw someone just pulled out and I got a spot. This “rush” of hungry people, didn’t stop my order, my fish sandwich deluxe, from being served a short time later. Boy, was it good. It sure hit the spot. I can always count on a good meal.

Whoever was working the drive thru tonight (02/24/2026) was seemingly rushing us to order and I specifically requested ice at the speaker I come up to the window and they have no ice in my cup. I ask for ice and they BARELY put any in it, just ridiculous. Not the best service I’ve had since I’ve been here.

For a fast food chain, Culver’s is among the best. This location seems to always have very good and friendly staff. Under normal work loads they are competently efficient, however their success is also their caviat. This location is often very busy with a drive thru line backed up to the street and the lot and inside packed with people. Alas this is a good problem to have for a business but it would be nice if they figured a way to relieve the congestion with smoother rush time service. As for the atmosphere, it’s perfectly fine for fast food, but it won’t be winning any style awards anytime soon. Clean environment and bathrooms. Superior to the majority of the local businesses.

Service has gone downhill over the last year. Not just at this location but at others as well. However this last visit was so disappointing I don’t think I’ll try this location again for a long time. Seriously lacking in value.

This location is starting to get on my last nerve. I come here constantly and my order is never ready when it set it up online. I am always waiting an extra 5 minutes or more waiting for the staff to gather my order. I am always on time and they are constantly late. It’s getting old.

Can’t believe how bad the burgers have gotten. I ordered 3 plain burgers and got home and had 3 double burgers. Wouldn’t have been that bad but the meat was burnt small and paper thin. Just plain nasty and expensive.
