Went to eat here with my husband just now. No other customers were waiting to order. We stood at the register for some time, no one acknowledged us but there were plenty of employees having a conversation at another register with a woman waiting for her food. Two employees were on there phones and a couple others were joking around. No one told us they would be with us or asked us if we needed help. We ended up walking out of the store, no one said anything to us on the way out but they watched us leave. We noticed two employees outside delivering a single bag of food to one car. We ended up just going through the drive through because that is the only way we were getting our order taken. I have never had an experience like this here before and will definitely think twice before coming back.

Absolutely the best service of any restaurant, we were greeted with hello’s from most of the staff, got great warm food, and enjoyed the whole experience. Absolutely would recommend if you’re passing through town and have 15-45 minutes to spare.

I ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders and onion rings. I asked for Buffalo sauce and ketchup. They gave me an entire bag of ketchup. 14 packs. Whyyyyyy….are you mad at the company or just being funny. Either way your wasting the companys money and they raise prices on us. This person needs to be retrained.

The food is wonderful but the management is absolutely awful. The manager Angela is awful to all of her employees and has no empathy whatsoever. She is extremely rude and entirely unprofessional. The restaurant would genuinely thrive without her. Hope this reaches someone who can make the change that needs to be made

I always eat here when it is treat night. I order a grilled chicken sandwich no tomato, double mushroom and Swiss sandwiches x2 and fries and or cheese bites. And I pull forward to wait on my food, but it’s always so hot and fresh when I get home! The workers at this Culver’s are so nice and listen to any complaints a person has. Always very clean too!! Cant wait to devour this beauty!

Went through drive thru at 5:30 pm before I gave her my order can I have your name and was never greeted welcome to Culver’s and yes I ordered a hot fudge sundae senior because today is my birthday and never even wished me a happy birthday! Kinda rude and just wasn’t a welcoming person!
