The young “manager” is rude. My food was made wrong. I called and let him know. I told him I can bring the food back but that was not good enough I guess. He told me I need a receipt. If I am bringing you back the food, why do U need my receipt?? He finally said to come in with the food. The drive up was not busy so me and my wife swung there. I got asked if I had the receipt AFTER the manager told me I would be OK with just the food. I mentioned that the manager said it was OK. All I was told was “Uh OK just pull forward and we will make it” And “I need that food back.”. Me and my wife knew he would which is why I stated we would. My daughter works in a fast food environment at McDonalds and they treat their customers better then here. LOL. If I am paying high prices for food, i would at least expect they have good customer service. After that he closed the window harshly. These teenager managers arent helping any business at all. Especially him. I received one apology. Not from the manager. A regular employee. How do they know better customer service then UR own manager? This is beyond ridiculous. I have been to plenty of Culvers and have never been treated like this when THEY messed up my order!!!! Hopefully this catches the attention of someone in high authority. I will NOT be back. I will make sure to tell my relatives and friends about my experience.

In terms of price and food quality, it’s super good. The cod sandwich is tasty, butter burger is a little too salty, grilled chicken sandwich and salad are far away from chickflia. Ice creams are all good, I customized my ice cream with pecan and cheese cake and skipped all snacks topping. It’s really smooth and rich, with the right amount of sweetness.
In all, leave chicken for chickflia, and enjoy other foods here.

I love Culver’s a lot but this isn’t the first time I had an issue with the location messing up when there is absolutely no rush going. I have worked in the fast food industry before and I understand little mistakes can happen such as forgetting mayo and ketchup but those mistakes shouldn’t happen when there are only two costumers. That is just carelessness on their part. 4 stars on food cause of this being not the first time it has happened. 1st time I waited almost an hour for a concrete mixer when they were slow. This is review is just to show what they need to work on because again I used to work fast food and I was management so I understand crap happens. But please try to better.

Food was good. And the service was reasonably fast. Only issue I had was when I ordered I asked if I could get a mix of onion rings and fries. and was told yes but only received onions rings. Not that big of a deal but that’s the reason for three stars instead of four on service.

Tonight. I order 3 culver dbl and fries and drinks it was snowing out and they charged me over $40 dollars for my food but never got my fries. They say they will send gift cards and I never get them. When you call the phone dose not ring I wish they would do something more active and be more respectful with people orders and bold check them. They throw things together. And hurry all the time ! I just wanted the fries I can care less about the darn burger. I love the fries there. Know Culver’s owes me 3 regular fries I hope they will do the right thing and give them to us ! After all I paid for them ! I have my receipt. Thanks

Went here because my normal Culver’s was out of flavors we liked. Bought a party pack. Got home and they were half filled. Not only that they were mostly vanilla with almost no toppings. Noticed they raised the prices on top of all of that! Will avoid this Culver’s going forward.

Super clean on the inside, employees were super friendly. I got a Culver deluxe double, fries and cheese curds. Burger was amazing, nothing fancy but it was kind of crispy but juicy! Fries were just your normal crinkle cut fries but they tasted fresh. Cheese curds weren’t the best I’ve had but they were good. Husband got a bacon deluxe (forgot the picture) but he said it was great.

Visited family for a funeral and because im living in texas now a days I haven’t been to a Culver’s in almost 2 years! So when my brother took me there it was so like how i remembered it. Clean, friendly, with delicious food ! The guy named Zach who took my order was professional & polite!
