We stopped here today at 1:51pm. Stood in a line with one person in front of us for a few minutes. Guy behind the counter yelled towards us that if we want to order, we can go through the drive through. We thought he was kidding since the person in front of us was ordering. More people came in and he yelled the same thing. We were in line before he started yelling this…one would think you would lock the doors and finish taking people’s orders..not send them away. We went to a different restaurant…no need to support that type of customer service.

Only took 40 minutes to order and get our food, and when we got it, it was stark cold. Not a good experience for our first time staying In Michigan. Also, for corporate to make sure and respond to every bad review saying what can we do better, but continually people are having the same problems over and over proves that they don’t care about y’all’s opinion. Don’t waste your time here, this branch needs to do better.

Omg the burgers were the BEST! No grease, perfectly made and tasted amazing! You can tell great care was taken in making this food. We are from Wisconsin and have 3 culvers in our town. They are nowhere near as good as this place is.Usually we receive smooshed burgers covered in grease. So this was a very welcome surprise! We will be back in a few weeks during our vacation!!

We stood at the one of the cash registers and waited for about two minutes for someone to take our order. No one acknowledged us, so we asked if they were taking orders. An employee that was just kind of waiting around told us to go to the other cash register, so we did and still no acknowledgment. If you’re only taking orders at one cash register it’d be helpful to have a sign, or tell customers that are clearly looking to order. The weirdest part is that someone had just ordered at that register before us. First time at a Culver’s and no plans to go back. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

Got my favorite cashew chicken salad. I took a bite and something was off. No big deal. As soon as I took the second the aroma and taste of rotten fish over took my mouth. I have never gagged on food in my life. No joke. I tossed my salad anf left as I was instantly nauseous. Best get this figured out, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Extremely disheartening, possibly dangerous.

Waited a long time to finally get to go in and sit down because of covid. What a bummer. It was busy yesterday and we waited a long time to get served.our food was barley warm.we didn’t get what we ordered. I ordered onion rings and got fries. Got a rueben and no sauce. The burgers were like half the size of McDonald’s . They were out of napkins,cups for ketchup. Burgers were also almost black. On the way out i used the women’s bathroom and there was s–t on the floor,the toilet was plugged and wouldn’t flush. I gave one star because the kids working there were nice and friendly.
