Culver’s is a chain. So there is a baseline for flavors, quality, service, and atmosphere.
I will admit that I am not huge Culver’s fan, but this particular day I wanted a burger during a long drive.
Service was excellent.
The speed at making the burger was great.
And the flavor was very good also.
Not really a complaint, just a statement. I should have gone with a single rather than a double. It was just to much.
All I all, I am pleased. This experience helped to revive a franchise that was mostly dead to me. I’ll stop again next time I’m going thru Iron Mountain

HORRIBLE customer service!! a employee named elliott his name tag says EL likes to text and harass customers, he also likes to throw your food at you. definitely don’t recommend coming here. most of the employees have horrible customer service. they need to get their workers under control. the store is very gross as well.. they don’t wear hair nets or gloves.

This Culver’s located in Iron Mountain, Michigan is conveniently located just off of the main highway. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside and outside. The restrooms are clean. The employees are friendly and professional. Someone is always looking to clean up after customers and assist others. The background music on the intercom is not too loud. We ordered our food (two combo meals) and it was ready really quick. Everything tasted great. We would definitely recommend returning to this Culver’s located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. Here all the time because I have kids. We choose Culvers because it’s better quality than other fast food options. However, this location has consistently forgotten parts of my online orders. Really frustrating. Train your staff to check orders before sending them out!

The clam chowder is so watery, it’s hard to tell it IS clam chowder. I quite enjoy the Culver’s food chain, I do. I like the food they serve, it seems more real than most fast food joints do. However, I also like Clam Chowder when it IS clam chowder. I’ve had Culver’s before, so I don’t think it’s the entirety of the place that does this. The night staff refill their clam chowder supply by pouring water in it. If I wanted water, I would have bought water. It’s disgusting. Even when I had come back in and told the staff, “I don’t want the clam chowder if it’s watered down.” They replied, “We don’t water down our soup.” Well, when I received my food, the clam chowder was so watered down I asked for my money back because I’m not paying $5-6 for soup that looks too much like water to even be called soup. Other than that, the regular food was good and the staff were kind. I’d go again for regular food, but NEVER for soup ever again.
