Visited on a Saturday evening. Despite being busy, staff was friendly and patient and the food came out quickly. The orders were all correct and service was wonderful.
I ordered a vanilla dish with hot fudge and 2 buffalo tenders with ranch. They were great.
The bathrooms are clean.
No complaints at all!

Clean, friendly, delicious!
We stopped at Culver’s for dinner after a long day on the road and setting up camp in Traverse City. We had two young boys with us durango, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we could focus on them. The service was efficient and friendly, the food was excellent, and the staff checked on us after we got our food and sat down. What set this location apart from others I’ve been to is how clean the restaurant was. Even though the drive-thru was busy the whole time we were there and there was a constant stream of customers in the dining room, I didn’t see a single dirty table and the drink/condiment station was spotless. Great job, Culver’s! Thanks for your hospitality!

Stopped in for a butter burger and drink. Culvers in known for fast freindly service and great food and this location delivers the brand extremely well. Highly reccomend this Culvers location.

Sadly a bad experience. We ordered a few items and were sent on forward.
After almost a dozen cars and twenty minutes were given food after us we decided to pull around and ask them.
They had forgotten about us and our food. The guy on the speaker sounded annoyed and said that he would deal with us at the window.
When we pulled up they told us that they forgot about the order and we’re going to hand it to us. But by that time the ice cream was melted and the fried food was cold. We just asked if we could get a refund.
We asked if we could get the money back on the card but they really wanted to give us cash instead so we agreed to cash.
We were shorted $2 out of our $22 some change refund.
This is not the first time they’ve forgotten about us and people I know. But at least they tried to make it right last time.
Will not be going here anymore.

I’ve been here three times and they have got my order right a grand total of once. Employee on the drive through speaker was dismissive and did not check that the order was right, leading to the wrong food being brought out. Was told they “typically charge” when correcting orders that they got wrong. Consistently the worst Culver’s I have visited.

We like Culvers. They were busy on October 3, 2025. The problem was we ordered two orders of onion rings with our food but didn’t get any of them. We were staying in Kingsley, Michigan and it’s was to late to go back.

I love culvers, however the chums corner location always messes something up in our order. Everything we have gone in the past 3 months something has been wrong such as the wrong side, missing a side, or wrong topping on the burger. Otherwise, the food tastes good and has always been hot and fresh.

Even though this is an incredibly busy location, they always have their act together!! Service is consistently quick, friendly and accurate. Haven’t had a bad food experience yet! Dining room is maintained very well and decorated very homey and cute. My only complaint, it doesn’t matter what the temp is outside, it is absolutely freezing inside… and this is coming from someone who NEEDS to be cold.
