Tried Culver’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it hit the spot. Crispy, juicy chicken with just the right amount of heat, topped with fresh lettuce and pickles on a soft bun. Solid flavor without being overwhelming…definitely worth ordering again.

Went through the drive through and the person who greeted me was extremely pleasant and she did a great job the food was exceptional as always but whoever made my concrete mixer did an excellent job! It’s hit or miss based on wanting the marshmallow with vanilla sometimes it comes out grainy or chalky but this was mixed PERFECTLY! Thanks for the great food and fast friendly service!! I was there Dec 9 around 4pm so that staff deserves kudos from the boss

Fresh are always good. The wait is too long. We go through the drive thru and wait anywhere from 5-25 mins. Then they bring our bag filled up with ketchup on top of the fries. We don’t want ketchup. It doesn’t matter. They throw it in there anyways. They said throw it away if u don’t want it. So we do. Add a no ketchup button to the register. Idk for ketchup lovers it’s awesome!

I ordered in the drive thru at 9:38 pm. The OT did a great job with the order taking and cash and that is where the good service ended. I waited 22 minutes for 2 kinds meals – which both had cold burgers by the time I got them.
The car that came after me, was served before me, and I was given the wrong order. My receipt for two kids meals was attached to a large bag – clearly not my order. Now another 3-4 minutes pass before the manager comes back with my order. She tried to make an excuse of only having 4 employees ? Never an apology for the wait. Or for the incorrect food. No discount or coupon was offered. Not a single apology.
During my wait time, I can see the custard employee pouring water in the machines, to clean them, something that should not be done before 10 pm. 2 employees sat in the dinning room, eating at a table, while a young lady cleaned. I could see the manager and another young man at the set location, as well as someone in middle (kitchen).
After being a manager of Culvers, I am aware of the procedures behind their service. And also their closing tasks.
As a server, who had just closed a resturaunt, I cannot understand waiting over 20 minutes for kids meals. Not one of my customers waited 20 minutes for food at a dine in establishment.

Had the usual butter burger and concrete mixer. If I am going to splurge on fast food or takeout, it will be here, since the food quality is so good. The burgers are made to order, never pre-made, and the concrete mixers are awesome quality thick frozen custard, and they never skimp on the add-ins. The small size concrete mixers are quite large in my opinion, which is good bang for your buck. The food here is great quality, however, I had never gone through the drive through in the winter, and I noticed that a lot of the employees who delivered food were running to people’s cars like normal, but it was snowing, the sidewalks were icy, and I was so concerned someone was going to slip and fall and hurt themselves. It looked like a safety hazard, and it left me worried about the employees. It was kind of hard waiting for my food and left me feeling guilty when I received it. I’d rather wait longer and have people not rush and not risk slipping.

I ran through Culver’s drive-thru to pick up a salad. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The person that took my order over the speaker was friendly and informative while explaining the different salads and answering my questions. I decided to go with the Strawberry Fields salad. The salad was brought out to my car after a small wait. Every employee that I encountered was friendly and welcoming (the person on the speaker, person at the window, and person that brought my salad to the car). The salad was made up of lettuce, grilled chicken, grape tomatoes, sliced strawberries, cheese, and pecans. It came with rasberry vinaigrette dressing. The salad was fresh, the chicken was flavorful, and the strawberries gave it that extra mouthwatering taste. I will definitely go back and get another Strawberry Fields salad soon!

I cant say enough good things about Culver’s. The food is quick, delicious and good quality all around. Sitting here with my whole family including my niece and daughters friend. All of us enjoyed everything we had tonight. And of course we have to end the night with some delicious custard for everyone.

Arrived at this location at 8:08pm and tried to order at a speaker. It told me the business was closed for the night but people were in line and someone was actively ordering. I pulled around and double checked the hours and this location doesn’t close until 10pm. I circled around to the other speaker. I was asked to hold. After 10 minutes my order was finally taken. My order was correct but the service could use some improvement.

The food was great. I enjoyed my cod sandwich and my butterfly shrimp and hubby enjoyed his burger. The best part of the trip was the young lady at the window offered a pup cup for Artemis. She was a slobbering mess as soon as she saw it but was definitely thrilled with it. 10 stars just for that!

The service and food quality has dipped recently. Wait times have also increased. Chicken sandwich was disgusting and clearly tampered with for someone’s amusement. Wouldn’t recommend.
