Had to wait 25+ minutes for the food for a to go order that included 2 burger baskets. Nothing complicated Multiple people who ordered after me (counted 8 orders) received their food before I did. We chose to go inside and order to go because the drive through was busy. We could’ve gotten through the drive through twice in the time it took us to receive our order. Do better.

Always a great place to grab an smash burger or a fish sandwich…cooked up hot and fresh and served by a friendly crew. Kids meals here are also great! Not only do they get a custard treat with their meal, they can save points for cool prizes. I also see they are launching a mobile; looking forward to checking out the deals and rewards that will accompany it.

The people are very nice and kind, but we got cold dry food with stuff on it we didn’t request. It was our order and it was taken correctly. Despite that whoever got the order ticket made it wrong which is fine if it was only once in a while but this has become a common occurrence here. Usually stuff around this area has better service and quality like the mcdonalds across the street. This place is wayyyy worse than other culvers locations. Oh and the real problem is the price I’m not paying almost $30 for two meals that are wrong.

Food tastes delicious. Their burgers are really, really good. But the bottom half of the burger bun is ALWAYS cold. I wrote a similar review a few days ago about a different Culver’s, I believe it’s the one on Beltline.
Anyway. I’ve read several reviews lately, many have a response from the owner to the effect of “please go to xyz.com and leave a comment there with more details”. Mr Owner, we are taking the time and leaving our feedback here. Please don’t make us work for you. If you are remotely interested in making things right, go get a burger and see for yourself. Just please keep making the actual burgers as delicious as always… But please make the entire bun warm, for the sake of the old burger gods and the new!

Very clean. Bathroom was amazingly clean and inviting. Burger was barely warm and a mess. I had to rearrange it so I could eat it. Food took quite awhile and it was a single burger and husband had a double. I could have taken some pretty bad pics of my burger but I’m sure it was just an off day.

I’ve never written a review before but this place is so bad I really needed to. Every single time I come here there is something wrong. Either I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my food, they give me the completely wrong food, or both. I’ve never had this kind of experience at another Culver’s; typically Culver’s is a good experience but clearly the managers of this location couldn’t care less. BY FAR the worst Culver’s in the GR area. Just make the drive to the next closest location

Very close to home for us. We have had nothing but issues with our orders every single time. Finally got vouchers for our bad experience and the “staff” working couldn’t figure out how to enter them in so they were useless and my fiancé still paid for everything. Then today ordered as I’m straight out of surgery and we just needed some food. Everything was wrong as usual. Drove back to the store and the general manager just kept repeating the same sentence like some kind of robot. I finally said we aren’t getting anywhere here and I’m not an idiot, I can understand what you’re saying. The manager immediately got defensive and accused me of swearing at him. Everyone was staring. It was completely out of line and undeserved. Culver’s- start making it right for your local customers at least. They’re your livelihood and you don’t treat us well when something goes wrong. Unfortunately we are done with this place.

The silliest experience I just had at this Culver’s location…
I ordered a large peanut butter milkshake at the drive-through. I received a medium concrete mixer. It just wasn’t the same taste, so I went inside and told them it wasn’t the size I ordered. I was happy to pay the cost difference, but it still wasn’t the tasty treat I wanted.
The blonde woman at the register was kind and helpful; the guy working the ice-cream machine was pompous. One employee took my order and receipt over to him—he rolled his eyes and proceeded to make me a large concrete mixer… not a milkshake. I watched him skip the milk entirely—just ice cream and peanut-butter sauce, then blend.
He marched it over with a sassy strut and dropped it on the counter. When I asked, “Do you guys want that other one?” the kind blonde said, “You can have it.” The mixer man did a swift turn, snagged it off the counter, exclaimed, “I got it!” and slammed it into the trash can.
You seemed overwhelmed—but learn the difference between a milkshake and a mixer if you’re going to work at a place that sells them. And maybe don’t be a jerk about it when someone calls you out for making a mistake.
Thanks for the “free” mixer.

This is a pretty good Culver’s, but if there’s more than a couple cars in-line at the drive-thru, be ready to have your order lost or be messed up. I live about a mile from this store, so I visit frequently, maybe 2-3x per month for the last two years.
While the food is good, pretty bad mistakes are common. I’ve had them just simply lose my order a couple times, and if there’s more than 2-3 cars in line, your order is likely to be grossly incorrect.
Mistakes happen, that’s true, but employees here don’t seem to understand how to fix them. I approach the issue civilly, but even then employees act like you’re personally insult them when you just want what you paid for. Sometime they even get defensive wen you’ve just pointed out the order is incorrect.

Rude. My daughter is so sick she can’t speak, there was no place to park for curbside, after 10 minutes of waiting she went to the drive thru and let them know she was waiting, people in the back ground shouted “yeah because it’s still being made” understandable, but why not adjust the time on the app to let people know there’s a wait when they place an order instead of being rude for asking? She saw it was busy. Understandable to take longer. She has placed orders before that have ended up needing to be picked up inside since the curbside people never brought them out. I only leave this because she has had issues with this Culver’s in the past and left a review but it was resolved, now I have an issue. Her order was then brought out by the manager she assumes, and someone else, who begins laughing saying she/they were confused. That makes 4 of us. Confused. Have some customer service. For a company that prides itself in customer service this location sure proves itself to not have any.
