We paid for two two-scoop ice creams. One was clearly only one scoop, as the portion was very small and served in a one-scoop cup, yet the employee insisted it was two scoops. The turtle sundae was so salty that I couldn’t taste any of the other toppings, and the salty taste was still lingering an hour later. When we asked for the ice cream to be corrected, the employee was rude, so we threw it away and left.

This is without a doubt the worst Culver’s I have ever been to. We showed up order a burger and fries and waited 45 minutes and heard nothing. We went to the counter and asked for an update and we were told “we are just waiting on your cheese churds” but we didn’t order cheese churds. Then after 20 more minutes of course the food comes out and it’s cold. We waited over a hour for one burger and fries, we won’t be back at this location. Don’t go to this Culver’s!

Our group had a fantastic dinner at the new Culver’s on 16th Street in Holland, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in, and the food was absolutely perfect across the board.I tried the new pub burger, and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. It came with a generous portion of their classic fries, which were great. Others in our group were just as happy. One person noted that their grilled cheese was the best they’ve had from any Culver’s—perfectly golden and not overly dark. The chicken strips, the double cheeseburger, and the chicken sandwich also got rave reviews. Of course, we had to finish with some of their amazing ice cream treats and a mixer, which were the perfect end to the meal.What we especially appreciate about all Culver’s is that the lobby stays open late. It’s the perfect spot for our group to meet up after juggling different work schedules and school events. It’s hard to find a place with great food and accommodating hours like this.Excellent food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely be back!

The cashier woman was so kind to my friend and I. I guess the olive burger now. When you’re on the register,You have to put every item in now. My friend asked for more add-ons too. That’s alright. Although My heart went out to the woman cashier. For I know what that job is like. My friend loved her olive burger and I enjoyed the deluxe Culvers chilli and water. It was all worth it. We had a great time eating and talking,listening to one another. Just a great time all around. Thank you so much.

They were insanely busy tonight but the staff were fantastic about it. Kianna (I hope I spelled it right, I believe she may be the manager?) and Shannon absolutely rock and deserve recognition, everyone I saw working was running around helping others and working hard. Terrible experience during our visit today (01/03/26). After ordering our food, we pulled forward and waited for at least twenty five minutes in the drive-thru. In that time, probably 10-12 cars that ordered after got their food before us.
At this point, I went inside to find out what was going on. No one gave me a clear answer but evidently they had to remake the entire order. Did they forget to make it? Did they give our food to someone else? No idea.
While waiting inside, I bought a concrete which took a really long time, too. According to the employee that gave it to me, they also had to remake that. What is going on?! When I finally got both, I didn’t even get an apology.
The food was good, though, both chicken sandwiches were made differently which was odd. However, that’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait for “fast” food. In total, it took approx. 35-40 minutes from the time we initially ordered to actually having our meals.
If I didn’t have a hungry child in the car, I would’ve demanded a refund and left. Overall a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. No apology and not even bothering to explain what happened is not cool.

Always tasty chow and one of the best fast food burgers in town. Wanted to single out employee Dee in this post for exceptional service. In addition to counter duty, he was the main dining area circular – checking on order status and food quality, etc. Great job.
