Your kidding right?? This store is a joke. I just watched an employee walk out of the back of the store and smoke weed while we were waiting for over 30 minutes in the drive thru after ordering on the app. You should fire every employee and close this store down. I refuse to visit any Burger King, there’s just been to many bad problems scrubbing time you go. I’m going to make everybody I know to not go to bigger king anymore. If you’re not going to fix your problems, then we won’t visit your establishment, period! Enough is enough

Terrible service. After a long day of traveling went inside first to get food. Another customer and ourselves asked for help while the worker sat there on her phone eating her sandwich. Then we tried to go through the drive thru and she told us to wait a couple minutes and then we heard nothing. This was Friday May 2nd at 9:15pm. Completely unprofessional and will never be going back there.

The manager here is so nice. I wish I would have paid attention to her name. You can tell she is very hard working and cares about her job and her employees. Which is so nice to see as there are a lot managers who do not. Thank you for such a positive experience today. When people go out of their way to be nice to me it makes a difference in my day. 🙂

I’ve never been somewhere more hit or miss with service. Sometimes amazing. Mostly crap though. From no ice to the staff making you wait at the first window in drive though so they don’t get measured for how slow they are.
