I went to the drive thru yesterday on my way to work, and I got a spicy chicken sandwich basket. The only thing I ever buy from the restaurant, when I open the box to eat my food. The chicken was so dry, bunt, and bread was hard; I couldn’t even eat it I had to throw it away. This the last time I will ever go that Culver on EastBeltline.

The last two times I ordered a Concrete Mixer at Culver’s, I asked for just one ingredient… and they got it wrong. Coco-Puffs instead of cheesecake? They fixed it, so I’m not mad as much as puzzled. Are the employees high? (I’m afraid to find out.) ONE ingredient is too hard?? They need to take a hard look in the mirror and try to figure out how to fix their order fulfillment. This is a chain-wide problem.

Food is rarely prepared correctly always missing items , we use online ordering and pick it up on way home from work rarely is it ready when we arrive we’ve had to call the last couple time after waiting 15 minutes to 18 minutes past time . When you drive back 10 miles to get all the items you ordered they act offended your there to get the food you paid for manager is rude and lies when you call she says you’ll get a card to replace food at later date then when you say you said you would give card she says oh you want it with attitude. I walked out also we spend a minimum of $50 each visit i expect to receive all my food. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

I’ve been here several times. Drive thru service is extremely friendly. Never tried eating inside. “Curbside” is terrible. Twice I ordered online. You tap on an email when you arrive to let them know you’re there. Both times I waited 20 minutes and nothing. First time I went inside and after about 5 minutes they “found” my order. It was just sitting at room temp in a bag. Second time I called the store from the designated parking spot (after 20 min) and my food came out a few minutes later. The food was lukewarm and the concretes were fairly melted. The food always tastes great when its fresh, so drive thru is the way to go. Food delivery through drive through is personalized and makes you feel very welcome. I’d change my rating to 5 stars if I had never tried Curdside. Its a shame that in 2025 a big chain like Culvers can’t figure this out. I write this to warn others and hope that it encourages Culvers to fix this.

Not bad service but we didn’t get our coleslaw with the shrimp basket. The order was not submitted as ordered. We however backed up and let them know we didn’t get our coleslaw and they said the soda took place off the coleslaw. I never had that happen before.

Poor service, asked for a large curd and 4 sauces.
Was charged for all 4 sauces, no sauces included and recieved a medium curd with too many overpriced sauces to even use. 🙁
