I got there and ordered ” a culver’s deluxe and a regular one” the person on the line sounded annoyed with a reply “what do you mean a regular one?…..Why don’t you just tell me what you want on it” to be fair, “a regular one” is a vague thing to say, so she helped me figure out I wanted a deluxe single patty. I sat at the drive through waiting to pay for a long while, it sounded like they forgot about me because I get greeted with an “oh $16.40?” I hand them my card and we’re squared away quickly. I don’t blame them for the wait I believe I got there when the shifts changed for an employee or something. I barely sit in the waiting line for my food for 5 minutes, which is nice and I get delivered my food. Before I register that the lid….. Is basically not a lid, which is hilarious, the guy is gone before I can ask for another. When I get back home my single patty burger is not even wrapped fully and my culver’s deluxe basically has it’s guts sliding out from each side. I think they have a lot of new people there, I’d avoid for awhile. I pay these ridiculous prices to avoid the McDonald’s experience, so far looking like I wasted some money. Ehh, still tastes like food, but not going again anytime soon, lol.

Can you imagine a burger with a thin crispy outside, juicy inside, served with HOT fries, an ice-cold drink and all the condiments you choose? Well, it can be a reality at Culver’s. I was blown away! If you haven’t been to Culver’s, you’re missing a great meal for a great price.

I went through the drive through because i didn’t want to go in. I asked for salt and ketchup, it was on my receipt but not included with my order which meant i had to go inside. I was not happy. Plus having to delay eating because of extra trip inside meant my food cooled down to an unacceptable temperature. I normally enjoy Culver’s. However this was a very annoying stop. I do not like paying good money for luke warm food.

We went through the drive-thru for 2 flavor of the day cones. Unlike other Culver’s, instead of giving us our cones right there, they gave us a number and made us wait over 20 minutes while they served the other 5 cars that came after us. They were completely unconcerned about our wait and the lack of service. If you want fast, courteous service, don’t stop at Culver’s.

I was in town visiting family and realized they had never been to Culvers. I love this place over the other fast-food options in the area and had to have them try it! We used the drive-thru and ordered a large order. Their shakes are my favorite, so we had to all get one! I marked a four on service only because, although the order was significant, I still feel it took a little longer than it should have. Otherwise, they were friendly and professional. Recommend trying each item!

Friendly service, clean atmosphere, always nicely decorated, drive thru rarely messes up and if they do Culver’s corrects the issue quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Worst experience ever. Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru 3 cars to move in front of me. Once I got up to the order screen nobody took my order for another 2 minutes and the screen appeared broken. The cars moved forward and I moved thinking it is going so slow because the screen is broken, but once I moved forward they started talking and asked to take order of the person behind me. This is the worst drive thru experience I have ever had in my life.
