I use to love coming here, but this time was pretty upsetting. I live 30 miles away from this location! Last minute I came through drive through and I was the only one there. It was close to closing time so I understand the rush I was receiving while making the order so I only order two of the same thing. Double butter burgers deluxe with cheese basket with curds and a shake. They took a little while but again close to closing I get they might have to cook it fresh after they probably put everything away. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I got my food and thanked them and left the drive through and went home. Got home and easy my curds so does my hubby. Than when we went for the burgers and they were plain burgers.. I tried to call but knowing they were already closed I knew there wasn’t any point. So I was pretty disappointed I got all the way home before i notice the mistake, and payed $36 for a plain burger meal. I love Culver’s and was let down. So I made something for us to eat for the night… I saved the sandwiches and I thought if maybe I’ll take then back they could just give me my money back or give me the meal again correctly… so I drove my 30 miles again to see if this was a thing they could do…. The manager said yes they did give the wrong orders they gave us a “works” not a “deluxe”. So she said they can give me the correct burgers to make up for there mistake. I said great! When the burgers were ready she gave them to me. I asked about cheese curds or a drink that came with it last night? She said since I didn’t return the cheese curds or drink she wasn’t going to give them without me paying for them… ♀️ so she did the math, took the price of the burgers off and charged me for two cheese curds amd one drink… that came out to 13.32!!!! Like I really shouldn’t have been paying again!! I could have gotten my money back and reorder the meals instead of charging me AGAIN!! so in total I payed 49.39!!! For two meal. I had to wait all night to return and get the correct food!!!

Great salads, Great onion rings. The food was quite fresh (salads greens were much better than other fast food chains but could have been just a little fresher). Chicken was hot, moist, very tasty and not rubbery. The drive-thru service was a touch slower than average but the food was well worth a couple minutes wait. We go to Big Rapids fairly frequently and will definitely pick Culver’s every time. The onion rings were fabulous

Eating at any place is not only about the food. One’s experience will include a myraid of things. I did notice the Halloween wreaths when entering this particular location and they made me smile. But then I entered and was delighted by the cobwebbed wall❣️
Yes, I had to stop and snap a pic, 2 or 3 throughout this place! And yes, I posted those pics along with my food pics. It was too much fun not to. FIVE THUMBS UP to whomever chose your Halloween decor’. You have a good eye, excellent placing skills, and a touch of whimsy.
Courtney was so pleasant as we took our order. She even complimented my glasses, which was funny because I was admiring her glasses as well. Ha! And Courtney, you have very pretty eyes too.
The drink station had great tasting Coke. And the employee over there asked if we were from Charlevoix because of my husband’s hoodie. No, we are from Gaylord. She talked weather and wished us safe travels. That was kind of her.
Our food was hot and delicious. The only thing that I did not care for was the firm core of the tomatoe in the slice on my sandwich. I am including that in my photo lineup as well. A gentle reminder to the food prep person to look for that.
The eating lobby was clean. I noticed a hand sanitizer mounted on the wall in this area. I do not believe I have seen one at any of the other locations that I have eaten at. A nice touch. The ladies was bathroom and I appreciated the boxed tissues.

I understand certain times are busy, however I don’t appreciate seeing multiple cars that ordered after I did receive large bags of food before I receive my small concrete mixer and a mini scoop. It does not take 30 minutes to make such a small order and I don’t see why my order has to wait while 4 cars that were behind me receive large bags of food or even smaller dishes of ice cream. Typical Culver’s, but I was dining in on the 4th of July and they came around with free samples. Definitely worth 5 stars because of that! Great service and a very friendly staff.

Super fast, super clean, super friendly. I have stopped here for the past year intermittently since it is my designated pick-up point for my grandkids – every lunch has been spot on and the bathrooms are always clean.
