Food was delicious, as always.
The freshness of everything, from the crunchy bell peppers and onions in the salad to the warm falafel patties is phenomenal and astounding.
Thanks! Highly suggest if you’re not nearby or in the mood to go all the way to the main Albasha.
We often go to the sit down Albasha near City Place. However, we were staying in a different part of Baton Rouge and decided to try the Albasha Express off W Lee.
Mikyala was our server and she went above and beyond!! She was so sweet to my daughter and personable & attentive to my wife and I.
She was basically running the entire restaurant on her own and didn’t miss a beat. It was impressive to watch and wonderful to experience.
We will 100% be back next time we’re in town and we 100% recommend this location to anyone in the area.
Thank you!!
Meat Musaka…not good at all. It was a meat pie in a bun.
Chicken shwarma plate….chicken was very salty. Rice and Hummus was good.
Salad was plain with almost no dressing.
Gyro plate was pretty good.
It was not fresh at all. It wasn’t even fully re-heated. It tasted very bad.
I am not sure about the gyro, because my friend ate it.
