this was my first time.. I ordered a single patty melt.. add pickle my friend ordered a country fried steak sandwich and that thing looked phenomenal I heard rave reviews about this place! I guess when we went it was fairly busy.. they were very precise in taking our to go order.. we placed our number on the car like we were told per accustom (which I’ve never experienced). I did go inside and the place was very clean and the employees were professional and friendly.. but because it was so busy, I feel like my sandwich was rushed and I would like to try this place again when it was not packed

I love this Culver’s. The food is always so good, the people are friendly, and the atmosphere feels like a place that I could call home. It doesn’t feel like a fast food place, it feels like a sit down restaurant, where you can actually enjoy your time. Today was very busy, and it still was a wonderful experience just like every time we come here. Thank you so much for providing a place like this!

Every other location I’ve been to gives a small vanilla ice cream dish for a “pup cup” this place gave us whipped cream. They can’t afford the extra $.10 that a dish costs but can afford two of their food runners to stand there and stare directly at me as I wait for someone to take my order for more than 5 minutes instead of cross training their employees.

I ordered the pork sandwich and asked the counter person if the pork was a patty or shredded. She said shredded which is NOT true. Then the dining room was freezing. About 95% of the customers were eating with their coats on. The other 5% had long sleeve sweater or shirt. If you like this kind of environment then this location is for you.

I had a concrete mix, cheese curds and a deluxe bacon burger. Didn’t think you could pack more sugar into a dessert than the size of the cup but here we are. I threw the curds into the garbage because they were so over salted then had the pleasure of having the most packed but absolutely flavorless burger I’ve ever had. How do you go from the most over flavored dessert and curds on earth to a burger with bacon, tomatoes, onions, sauce and a buttered bun being totally flavorless? Maybe my taste buds were destroyed by the salt mine level cheese curds. Congrats Culver’s you are the first restaurant in my life where I threw the food in the garbage. I didn’t eat all day and I still did that. If you want to torture your pancreas and your body from something you did in a past life then. Culver’s is your place.

Never ordered here before, so I wish drive thru would have asked more questions like ‘what side would you like’ and ‘which toppings do you want on your sandwich’. You have to specify every single thing, so we had toppings missed/not heard. On top of that, the toppings that were included were sparse. The napkins included were balled up like they had been used. It was weird. Not sure if we’ll be back. Other than that, the food was okay and staff was friendly. If we order again, we’ll opt for the online ordering option.

Pay attention to your order screen. If you tell them you want a butter burger with just ketchup, mustard and pickle they’ll give you the works and put it in your receipt that way. So instead of my burger having what I wanted I was forced to eat a burger with lettuce, tomato and mayo. And because they out it in the works I couldn’t have it fixed. Need less to say I won’t be returning unless it’s out of Jackson county. I spent almost $40 in food to not get what I ordered.

This location is consistently busy, but they’re pretty good at handling it in a reasonable amount of time. Only complaint is they occasionally forget added or deleted ingredients, like tomato or pickle, no mayo.
