This particular Chick-fil-a location was once an enjoyable place to come as a mother with young kids. The location previously had an outdoor playground and plenty of parking. There were story events and it felt like a family coming to share biscuits with the cow mascot. The service was top notch and the food rarely had any issues with quality, timeliness, or order completeness.
In recent years, the building was leveled and rebuilt to accommodate more drive thru customers. The outdoor playground was destroyed in favor of a cramped indoor box playground and the service has also steadily gone downhill. The parking lot is a mess and the drive thru is always packed out into the neighboring Target parking lot and entrance lanes to the shopping center.
The food has also declined. Not only are the fries usually brown, extra crispy (if not burned) and overly salted, the bag is often incomplete. Where I once could trust that everything I asked for was in the bag and correct, I now hold up the line to look over my items before driving off. Many times my drink either has too little or excessive ice. Coffee stirs and cream are never included even when asked for in advance.
This is my hometown CFA and I have to deal with this regularly when I choose to dine here. For the money you spend on drive through and quality service that should be way above McDonalds standards, this one doesn’t meet the mark consistently.
If you are traveling through, just know to check your bag and ask for every item you need including forks, spoons, and coffee stirs. Otherwise, you’ll drive off and be hoping you have a spare in the glove compartment.

We had a great experience at Chickfla yesterday they accidentally charged us 2 times but when i was directed to pull around to the window a team member ( Colten Holder) helped us in a calm manner and stayed polite, he refunded our 2nd charge and even asked at the end if there was anything extra he could get me and that it would be on him . Our experience was amazing because of this young man .

The area needs to be revamped. As soon as you pull in to find a parking spot you can mistakenly pull into the drive thru lanes. And getting out can be a chore too. But Chick-fil-A service was great as always, food was solid as expected on our meals. MacNCheese and waffle fries were the sides of choice and did not disappoint. I had a Spicy Deluxe with the honey roasted bbq was added to enhancement sammich. Child had nuggets. Better half had the chicken wrap and dipped it in the Avocado Ranch. Not a single complaint.

One of the best chick fil a! Service was friendly and fast, and food was fresh and delicious as always. The traffic getting in was slow, but that’s because I went during lunch time. They do not have a kids play area which I was hoping for.

One of the best Chick-fil-A’s we have ever been to! It was slammed busy and they were so efficient. Food came out fast and correct and was delicious! The management staff walked around and introduced themselves and asked the kids if they wanted to make their own ice cream.

We placed a mobile order at the wrong location. It was our fault but they were so sweet about it. The mangers chipped in together to cancel the order at the other location and made our order super fast at this location. They were super friendly, kind and very helpful. Definitely would go back just for the service!

I have ordered catering from Chicfila in Calhoun, Georgia for every family function! They ALWAYS excel in consistent quality food, presentation as well as service! Chicfila always makes sure that every need is met by including serving tongs, napkins, plates etc. I can’t express my appreciation enough for this establishment and it’s superb service! In my experience no other Chicfila can match let alone exceed the service that this location delivers without fail! THANK YOU CHICFILA IN CALHOUN GEORGIA! You have my loyal patronage, and I look forward to enjoying your food at today’s baby shower and many future events!

Lack of professionalism and cleanliness.
UPDATE: The manager double charged us on the food we were supposed to get refunded for.
The food was great, and the manager on shift, Andrea Anderson obviously has a great bubbly personality, which was great to see as the atmosphere seemed laid back in a sense, but it was way too laid back and highly unprofessional.
My free spicy deluxe wasn’t applied to the order (turns out the employee- who was very sweet-put in a reg. spicy deluxe which she should have caught as we waited at the counter together for the manager who was goofing around for over 10 mins).
Another thing- the manager was goofing off when she saw that she was needed at the counter and then suddenly had to take a call..? But we were on a roadtrip and a time crunch and so I decided to eat first as our food had just come out and that’s when the manager thought it was a good idea to have time for me.
After we completed our meal, I went back up to the counter while the employees and the manager were still goofing off and had no time for me who was very obviously waiting at the counter. She was seriously about to do a backflip by the way she was laughing. I was offered no apology by anyone, only a “my pleasure” which I found odd instead of an apology for the mishap.
The only apology I was ever offered was by the sweet girl who took my order who was apologizing on behalf of her “busy” manager.
Another thing is, they were goofing off cleaning the counters after spilling lemonade and after I enjoyed my meal and went back, the other employees were still cleaning the lemonade mess and goofing off. But they didn’t even seem to be cleaning the lemonade filter according to corporate standards so I immediately threw away my lemonade.
Please get that checked out. No one wants to drink contaminated, dirty lemonade. Also there was mysterious dirty liquid in the bathroom in front of the toilet. I didn’t know Chick Fil A was a run down gas station.

I am a regular through this chick fil a. Lately I continue to be disappointed by the under filling of items. My family and I get breakfast here at least once a week. My large hash browns have been under filled consistently. This is what I received today. This is freshly opened. Why am I paying for a large when the box is only half filled? This happens regardless if I do drive through or delivery.
