Efficient staff, had our food within 5 minutes after ordering in. Although, manager Tim had quite the attitude, never experienced, or expected such curt service from a manager! Everyone else was extremely friendly and hard working. Hope he was just having an off day, but it felt like a reflection of the way his staff is treated.

Food, service and atmosphere. Calhoun, Ga 30701. I feel so badly for the younger generation who have grown up thinking that this place of business is good. Chick-fil-A you lost your way over 15 years now and I will never spend another dollar at this business. It’s early afternoon on Saturday and I remembered how good the chocolate chip cookie was. I thought I would buy the bag of 6. Hard, stale, and not fit for human consumption. You too will close your doors because you just couldn’t keep it the American way where business would never get away with nor consider giving something bad to a customer. This is my first written complaint to match the other 7 in the past two years.

This location lives out the SERVE model. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. They retain a good deal of employees for years because the management is comprised of great people. If you are local or driving through you will never be disappointed in the food or the service.

Always fast always accurate sometimes not so friendly but with the amount of customers they get daily it’s completely understandable. But eat here all the time !! If your in a hurry highly recommend they are faster than most drive thrus in Calhoun with way more customers

If my daughter’s friend hadn’t hired a driver for us, I don’t think I would have dealt with the parking lot to eat here. Once inside tho the food was great the employees were terrific and we barely missed the playground. The salads were fresh and everything was quick and yummy.
