I wanted a nice meal so I thought of Culver’s in Stevenville. Very pleased that I choose this place for lunch today. When I got to the counter I notice a young man in training with a nice smile with an very enthusiastic trainer he was so so very nice to me . I felt at home. I ordered my food, got it fast and it was fresh. I used the restroom it’s clean . The restaurant clean, the workers are nice. Very relaxing environment. I dined in and I not only enjoyed my meal but the environment. If you are here in the city and u like Culver’s stop by. I was feeling down until I came here. Thank yall for being so kind to me and my food. ❤️❤️❤️

I try to avoid fast food for the health of it BUT Culver’s is a regular stop on our travels. Was commenting to my wife how Culver’s employees must be well trained (or selected) as they always seem welcoming and thankful – which is a rarity in the fast service industry.

Culver’s always has been a classy chain restaurant. There’s something about the shakes, burgers, and employees. Located in Stevensville, Michigan, Culver’s restaurant is a great spot for a quick bite and consistent food.
The food is always great. With all of my experiences, I never had a bad burger from Culver’s. Compared to other chain restaurants, Culver’s is a tad pricey. However, you always taste the quality.
The service is always incredible! There’s always a smiling face, kind communication or service, and the service is always awesome. All mistakes are made, and service sells better than the food.
The atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. As a person who loves to sit and eat, I appreciate a clean table to enjoy a meal.

We always have great service at this location. Staff is pleasant and helpful. We order from here frequently and have only ever had our order come out incorrect once. They were quick to rectify the issue when it did happen. They do have longer wait times in the Summer from the increased traffic/travelers but it’s still worth the wait.

Place was hoppin and the food was boppin…two lane drive through and three counters to order from and all lines were filled and we still got through line and got our food quickly. Very impressive! Food was expensive, but they are using quality ingredients so to be expected.

Was charged an additional charge for the cheese that comes with the pretzel bites and charged and additional charge for a mix in for the mini concrete mixer that comes with 2 mixins. Both are listed on the menu in the restaurant in the price next to the item. Luckily I caught both charges before paying for them. When I asked the employee why I was charged extra for the cheese and for the 2nd mixin when clearly the menu does not indicate that either are “extra” charges, she looked at me and told me she didn’t know. They were busy and we were in a hurry so didn’t talk to a manager to get clarification but I’m wondering how much extra money they are making as people probably aren’t paying attention to their receipts and it’s less than $2 so you may not even notice. And I did check. When ordering online, the pretzel bites come with cheese at no additional charge but the mini concrete will make you pay for the second mixin.
