I go mainly for the Chili. I can’t say enough about the Chili, seriously it’s good. Now I’m probably the odd one, but I only eat Chili as a dip for tortilla chips. Yup that’s the only way, no spoons or forks required, ever. I have gone to most of the other fast food and not as fast food places and no competition at all, it’s Culver’s every time I get a Chili craving. Now if you want to get serious about it kike I do and really enjoy it, research tortilla chips and try different brands. No need to thank me, I do it because I love to eat good food as well.

Very unfortunate experience! I came through around noon and informed them of a decently serious tomato allergy. When my burgers had tomatoes, I called the restaurant and they were told I could come through for a replacement. When I got to the restaurant the next day. The manager did not take me seriously and I was told they couldn’t honor their previous statement!

I’ve never had a bad experience, but today I placed a simple order and they forgot to put the buns on the burger. It wasn’t a big deal, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. It’s a fairly popular place, and the staff was very sorry; I think her name was Morgan, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of, mistakes happen. I will definitely be returning.

I went to this location today, with some coupons I had from the manager for a free value basket and concrete mixer. I got these after my orders were messed up multiple times. On the receipt you can see i ordered a double bacon deluxe, when I got home and went to throw the food in my air fryer, another mistake. They completely forgot bacon. This has happened another time in the past, and I paid cash for my food. The food was good yes, but bacon burgers are substantially more expensive, and ordering bacon twice and not getting it is not acceptable.

Love Culver’s, but was super disappointed in my Concrete Mixer this time. I ordered it with brownie pieces and it came with just a whole rock solid chunk of brownie that I couldn’t even break apart.
