I love coming here! The food is great. Service is so good. I know the people are told to say it’s a pleasure to help you, but it still makes me feel good. It seems like most if not all of them at least mean it. I also love their smiles. Seems to me like they enjoy working there and that makes me happy. The only complaint I could possibly have is I asked for light ice and my tea ended up being about an inch from the top. I’m assuming they did this to keep from spilling it. I’d love my tea to be a little fuller. That said, it’s not that big a deal. I throughly enjoyed my visit.

I really had a nice time eating here if you get the chicken sandwich with just lettuce and pickles you’re in for a treat . I will say they do protect their mayonnaise packets quite sternly but if you ask them for extra they will oblige. Upon entering I noticed they installed some new heaters outside which was very welcoming the bathrooms were clean and I noticed the mall parking was close by across the street for some prompt Holliday shopping I participated in afterwards . I enjoyed the taste of the #1 which went perfect with coke for some reason this location had the best fountain pop cokes ? Maybe it’s just me . I do like chick fillets brand of mayo for some reason it always tastes them best to me . The cost was reasonable considering I was the only one dining and the service was great . They must really put a lot of money into their employees because everyone had on a snappy new outfit . I forgot to get a gift card for the wife but I will next time I will say the milkshakes are really good if you can finish it after two chicken sandwiches that is for me it always seems like the straw is extra large and clogged with whipped cream so it becomes difficult for at least me anyway I’m not a fan of French fries but they looked good OH and there is a Home Depot across the street !

I just LOVE this place in every way but one…THE LINES at the drive-thru! It’s RIDICULOUS how busy this place normally is! There are two lines that merge into one at the drive-thru and they are ALWAYS very long EVERY time I’ve been there. But, that just tells you how good the place is…if THAT MANY people are there THAT CONSISTENTLY, well, obviously, it’s got to very good. The good thing is that the lines do move pretty quickly because they have people standing outside taking your order and accepting payment so that when you get to the window all there is left is for the food to be handed out to you. It’s VERY efficient and I’ve always been treated very well by the employees who have always had a very good attitude, were very friendly and helpful, and ACCURATE. The food is ALWAYS just DELICIOUS with their signature recipes and is absolutely well worth the price. I generally like getting the nuggets and when you do, you’re getting ACTUAL CHICKEN NUGGETS unlike the “Upsode-Down W” where you get those things that are like a paste that were pressed into a mold and which are HALF as thick as they used to be. Here, they are REAL CHICKEN and OH SO GOOD with delicious dipping sauces. I highly highly recommend this place!

Today was the worst experience ever I’m pregnant with twins I go through the drive-through the lady working in the window who hands out the food. She’s decent at first while they forgot the two brownies my friend had ordered.
So I go back through the drive-through because my car is full of kids and I’m pregnant and I told the lady that I am missing two brownies she pulls up the order. She takes about three minutes and she hand them to me without even looking at me, doesn’t say a word it completely disrespectful I almost dropped them.
I was never rude or unkind. Meanwhile we just spent about $60 together to feed our kids and the two of us and be treated as rude as we were.
Oh, and by the way, the brownies we got were hard as a rock.
If you’re having a bad day, then don’t work. The window with people don’t treat people. I didn’t treat you like crap even after you treated me like I was just trying to get a free beer or something. I’m not worried about a dollar and so much sense..

Food is always great at this location. We have a large family and we place very large orders. They never make us pull over to the side and we still get fresh food fast. My order is always right too.

Extremely busy! Was lunch time. Dined in, staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was delicious, I had the cobb salad, very fresh, was filled with goodness, my friend had the waffle fries and the chicken sandwich, he loved every bite, took home two extra sandwiches for late night snacks. I asked him if I could have a waffle fry, he said, only one! So good he didn’t want to share any more. I highly recommend everything about this Chick-fil-A!

Absolutely no communication or direction: left my food sitting for 25+ mins after I ordered because they didn’t tell me where my order would be when it was ready. They came and handed several people orders by hand who ordered at the register but didn’t for me which is fine but at least tell me where to get my food.
If you see people standing there, let them know. It’s the most basic, and courteous level of customer service. Not only did I wait for awhile, another woman and her daughter waited so long:
We understand there’s a sign that says carry out, pick up etc, but the shelf is behind the counter which is misleading, and they also handed people orders which confuses customers as well. Why do it for some and not all?

This is my first time eating chick fil a in a very long time.
I really feel like the chicken has changed over the years and i feel like i’m eating a piece of rubber. I hope this was just a mistake in the kitchen on my sandwich. I plan on coming back and trying it again.Then I can take the review down. But the service was good and the lemonade was good, but the spicy chicken sandwich was very disappointing. Could not finish

On Wednesday the 10th July ’24, we had the occasion to stop at the Chick-Fil-La (Howland Location). The staff is kind. Especially Mr. Willie, who gave us mints! We were also honored to meet the Owner/Operator Mr. Emerson! It was a blessing to try the Kale Crunch Side Salad, which btw was delicious. It comes with almonds on the side. We are looking forward to returning to this particular location again for remarkable food served by remarkable people!
