A group of four of us ordered curbside pickup. We were in a big rush, so we ordered ahead and hoped to get our food quickly. After waiting 20 minutes beyond the ETA provided by Culver’s, I went in to check on the order. Our order had been sitting there, completely ready, for who knows how long. It was done, just no one brought it out despite us repeatedly alerting the store of our arrival. This included two malts, which were melted since they were sitting so long. Food had been clearly sitting there for a while. In addition to the awful service, our order was incorrect.
Honestly, awful service. There are much better Culver’s out there.

Just went through the drive through. Order came out completely wrong. Unfortunately we had already driven home 20 minutes away. 1 chicken sandwhicjh didnt even have a top bun on it! Normally Culvers is good. This trip was horrible!!! Gotta do better.

We frequent different Culver’s A LOT. This Okemos Rd one is by far the best of them all! Food is always hot and fresh, and the staff goes above and beyond with their friendliness and customer service. It is always a great experience, and in the case that our order wasn’t accurate one time, they went beyond to make it right with us.

Go an order wrong came back with proof and showed what went wrong. They gave me and my father’s next order on the house. That’s great business and how it should be handled. Good cooked warm. Manners above all else leads to professionalism and Culvers does it better than dang bear everyone. Cheers to a great staff.

The worst food I’ve ever had at a Culver’s! Every thing was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and zero ice in my “iced” tea! Manager could care less and acted like he wasn’t surprised the food sucked! Go somewhere else.
