A nice and clean well maintained restaurant .. as usual there is a line at the drive thru because the food is good.. you should always use the app to get points and rewards.. EXCEPT if you are a veteran.. order at the drive thru and tell them to give you the veteran discount! y out cannot apply the discount with the app

As of transitioning vegan I love eating here! It’s one of the few places I have more than just one option. Their salads are amazing minus the meat. My kids actually like their food as well. The atmosphere is always amazing. This is only one of three fast food restaurants I go to anymore. Only because the others have terrible food and service. This is one of the few left that tastes real. They talk to you like a human and make very few mistakes. They made one one time and went overboard in correcting it by giving me two free meal baskets. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I was only informing them. I got extra food not less food.

First time here, highly recommended. Very clean, fast service, nice area inside and outside to sit. I had the walleye sandwich and it was exceptional delicious! But…horribly messy and greasy. Needed a bib almost. They needed to let it drain off a bit before putting it in the bun. I would definitely get it again, just be warned. Reasonably priced, good quality.

Ordered a drink on the app. Pulled into the curbside parking space and texted “HERE” per instructions. Waited 10 minutes and resent text. Waited another 10 minutes and went through the drive thru. The person at the window didn’t even know I had ordered online (I paid online as well). They were very polite when they gave me my drink but there seems to be a glitch in the app that doesn’t send the info to the local restaurant.

Placed an order to go for 10 people inside the restaraunt, and they were absolutely amazing! They took the paper from my hand and even entered my order! They filled the pops so I wouldnt have to. Top notch employees and service here!

I spend $30 to $40 every time I go and they want to charge me for barbecue sauce or one ranch and I don’t think that’s right. I feel like they make enough money there that they can afford to not charge for sauces. Especially when me and my wife goes three times a week.

Waited 10 minutes for a curbside pickup got home to find the Burger was made wrong, piled up with mushrooms,I hate mushrooms. Expensive burger in the trash.

Usually have great service and good food. There have been times, very few, when I have been disappointed. I ordered a salad and it was thrown together like it wasn’t a priority. Did not look presentable. Another time, the salad was not fresh and had soggy cucumbers and some lettuce that had gone bad. I was already home and did not feel like driving back to the restaurant for a replacement. Lately though, they forget to place napkins in with my order. So unless I happen to have napkins in my car, it’s annoying not being able to wipe my mouth and hands of grease or food. I usually go through the drive thru. Like any other fast food restaurant, you have busy days or off days. I will continue to frequent Culver’s because I enjoy their food and I usually get good service and good food. Like I said, the “off” times have been very few compared to how often I have frequented the Greenville location and have received great service and good food.
