I’ve never had a bad experience here and the food is always fresh. But today especially when I’m out last minute Christmas shopping and forgot to feed myself all day, I appreciate not only how swift they were getting everyone through the drive through, but also how KIND everyone was! Lots of pushy Grinches out today so warm greetings and friendliness really made my afternoon! Here’s to hoping all the staff enjoys their holiday too!

Stopped in for a burger and o ion rings been a while. This Culver’s served up a fresh bacon cheeseburger and I paired it onion rings and a root beer soda. Was delicious after traveling the treacherous roads all morning. Great job!

Other Culver’s I’ve been too served and excellent burger. This location failed dramatically at this basic task. Burger patty was dry, flat, overcooked – nothing like a real Culver’s Butter Burger.

Overall, Culver’s food is fantastic. However, sadly i had to send the following to Culver’s social media. I hope they can fix this and get 5 stars……
I believe your 2 Culver’s stores both located in Saginaw, MI are serving half portions of cod on the fish sandwich. We noticed this because we visited a store on numerous occasions in Grand Blanc MI and they put a complete, whole fillet on the sandwich. However, both stores in Saginaw ( gratiot rd and bay rd appear to be taking the fillet, cutting it in half, cooking the half, putting it on the bun, and charging the full price of 7.99 for half a sandwich. This is troubling and upsetting. I have been a customer for over a decade and would have never noticed if not frequenting other stores outside the saginaw area. Is there anything your company can do to make this right? I understand franchising and different locations having different prices. I have never experienced half the food for full price from one city to another less than 50 miles away. This is disturbing and not what I thought Culver’s was about.

Thanks for the food poisoning. Didn’t feel right after eating my meal. Threw it all back up about an hour later. It’s safe to say my appetite for Culver’s has decreased.

Won’t be eating here anymore, getting way to much $$ for what you receive. Prices have increased from a $13 meal to a $20 meal and when I got home 4 minutes away. My fish was soggy, the roll hard, and mash n gravy luke warm not hot. Quality of food has degraded. For the $$ we spent here, for $10/$20 more we could of went to a steakhouse restaurant. Done…

I’ve been eating at Culver’s for years and only had one previous complaint that they handled on the sport. Last week, Monday, was turtle cheesecake flavor of the day. I waited all day for this. Whoever mixed it , forgot the chocolate. I took it back in and the manager says it’s mixed in. I showed him and the cashier that it was not mixed in the middle of it. So his solution was to offer me some chocolate to sprinkle on it. That’s not what I paid for. So he didn’t offer to remake it correctly, but gave me a small cup of dry chocolate. So I asked for a cup, dumped the custard out into the cupfrom the waffle cone, where you could see there was no chocolate in it clearer then, and added the dry chocolate. I mixed it at the counter and left the mess for them to clean up. This destroyed the whole flavor profile for the cone. I’m still pissed about it. That was a waste of 5.50.
