I came for the good food, but keep coming for the great service. In the hundreds of visits I’ve made to this restaurant since its opening, I’ve never had a bad experience with a single staff member. It’s almost impossible to get good help these days, especially in the food service. For a crew of mostly teenagers and young people, management and ownership should be incredibly proud of their staff, it’s very impressive. Everyone deserves a raise! Recently I ordered fries with my meal and unfortunately they were out of fries, but offered me cheese curds as a substitution. I didn’t mind because I like the cheese curds just as much, but Macy gave me a few coupons for the trouble anyways! Nobody does that! Management if you see this, your staff needs some serious recognition immediately! If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the only place in Lapeer that it’s a guarantee every single time! Great job Lapeer Culver’s, I’ll be a customer for years to come!

1st off, I want to say, after we got our meal thru drive-thru, we never got our two concrete mixers my husband had to park the car, & go inside to remind them they bring those out to us, we drive 20 miles back home, to see my roast dinner… well let’s just say it was so burnt, & dry is was a choker, & it was all shredded vs their normal chunks, with a tiny bit of roast juices. This food is NOT cheap, my dinner was $20 alone. This is our closest location. I’m literally very disappointed. Shame on you today Culver’s! this shows me that who ever in charge tonight don’t care!!

Came in for some ‘fresh’ pickerel. The staff was great. Got a large portion of pickerel, definitely not fresh. Food was so-so, not worth the $24 I paid for 1 meal. Won’t repeat for the pickerel.

Best fast food in town! If I could choose to keep a single fast food place open in the area, it would be this lovely, well operated Culvers. It’s solid, reliable, and consistent. Never had a bad experience here; probably never will 🙂

I love Culver’s. My only issue is that I like the pork loin, (schnitzel), sandwich so much that I never try anything else on the menu, (other than the custard, which is fantastic in my opinion).
The shelter dogs there on my last visit were so cool! I wanted to take one, (or both), home with me.

Yummy! Except my burgers always seem a little too well done… but the shrimp last week was amazing as are the cheese curds, onion rings and especially peanut butter shakes tried the fish sandwich… YUM!!
Update: fish and chips are the BEST!!!! First time dining in tonight. This place looks amazing inside. Very clean everyone is friendly. They bring your food to you!

All of the workers were wonderful except for Maddy. She was very rude whilst taking our order and didn’t welcome us nor ask us what we wanted to eat, and never was polite. She is an example of a bad worker.

I have been going to this Culvers since 2023 and have had no problem. I ordered DoorDash and he was given the wrong order. Then two days later I ate in the store with my sister. We had Fresco Chicken salad. We both noticed there were leaves of the lettuce that were very old and black looking. We picked it out the best we could BUT we bothhad diarrhea and nausea. I had it the worst. If this had happened to you, the management/ owner needs to know.
