Today, I informed the manager that I would not be returning. While there are several factors behind this decision, the core issue is a noticeable drop in overall service standards.
Having lived in the United States for 49 years, I have seen many businesses thrive or struggle based on how well they value their customers. I sincerely hope this place can refocus on service and regain the level of professionalism that once brought people through its doors.
I wish the team well and hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit intended.
We ordered a mango margarita which was delicious, and some Paneer tikka masala with Garlic Naan.
The food came out super fast and was fresh and perfectly seasoned to a mid spicy level, just like I asked.
Our server, Lakshmi was very polite and checked on us throughout the night, the manager also was present and checking on tables, which I personally see as a good sign, being in a management role in the hospitality industry myself.
They are open late till 12 am and the place was busy, when we got there!
I highly recommend this restaurant to diners looking some late night Indian food in a dining restaurant setting.
My first visit was good
2nd visit was very bad, curries surved with no bread or rice and it took them many reminders and 15 minutes to get us rice. Which were cold.
3rd visit, I ordered to go they gave 45 mins to pick, I came in 45 minutes and they made me another 30 mins to get my food.. Rice boxes were half filled… If the food had not tasted okay then I would have given 1 star only.
Below is my 1st and 2nd visit experience when I gave more stars
Very good atmosphere. Good food. Sometimes the wait can be long.
I happned to visit twice in last 3 weeks and this is a combined review.
Paneer Biryani is good, above average but not in top list for me.
Navratan Korma is very nice the korma sauce is very flavorful ( not overly spiced)
Paneer butter masala is good and kids loved it.
Paneer 65 was a bit different from usual, may be a 7/10 for me
Gobhi manchurian tastes well but a bit spicy
In my 2nd trip the service was bit bad, they brought curry without rice or naan an ld by the time naan showed up on table the curry was bit cold.
Rice was served very cold, they replaced with warm rice when was we asked
Every curry was served at different time, instead of whole order being served together .
They can provide better service, however the staff is very friendly.
We’ve tried a variety of the menu—the Chicken, Egg, and Veg Biryanis are all flavorful. For curries, the Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhini are rich and creamy, pairing perfectly with their fresh Roti. We also love the Hariyali Chicken and the Noodles (this place is very kid-friendly, which makes dining out much easier!).
It’s also a versatile spot—sometimes we just pop in for a few drinks and quick snacks. You can’t go wrong with their Peanut Masala and Pakoras if you just want something light to munch on.
Whether you are going for a full family dinner or just casual drinks and appetizers, this place delivers. Highly recommended!
They have ample nice seating, parking outside, quick service , too many attentive servers but if the food is not what we want to taste, then none of the other good stuff matters, at-least for me, just my personal opinion. If you don’t mind South Indian distinct taste for every single dish, then this is the place to enjoy your lunch or dinner
