My kids love their butter burgers and we all love the Wisconsin cheese curds. I live a half hour away from anything so I’ll stop by and pick up lunch for the kids on my way home sometimes. The employees always have a great attitude. I added on to my drive thru order last minute at the window and no problem. I know some places would struggle with that in the past. I love the pot roast sandwich! Must try it if you haven’t.

Very good food, and we had great service too. The shrimp and cocktail sauce was my favorite. The fish sandwich was pretty thick, and good too though. The pumpkin shake tasted just like real pumpkin pie, and was delicious.

Orfered wirh table qr code. It took 15 mins to get our food. Given sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea that I ordered. Ruben sandwich was exceptionally greasy. Mashed potatoes was half full.

I asked for double burger but got a single one. I had to go back and get the order corrected. This reflects some sloppiness. Otherwise the double butter burger they serve is super and very tasty.

I was at the Davison location on November 13 with my girlfriend after coming back due to a meal they missed. I drove all the way back home and asked them to comp it due to the inconvenience I was polite in doing so, the manager Dom said there was nothing he could do and I told him I would be contacting the general manager. He got an attitude with me and said “do what what you want” and we walked away when we turned around he looked at my girlfriend and said have a good night baby girl to try to get a rise out of me but wasn’t getting one. This is manager material Culver’s? Wow

Staff members are very attentive and caring. We had a curdside order and immediately had two staff members ask for our name to check on the order. We waited about 20 minutes past our estimated time when the first staff member ( I wish I caught his name on his tag) came back and was in genuine shock that we were still waiting. He quickly went into the building and came back very apologetic with our order and coupons in hand. He was even thoughtful enough to remake my concrete mixer with cereal in it so that it would not be soggy. We did not mind the wait, and were happy to see that the staff really cares about their customers 🙂

Food was prepared exactly as requested and the meat was cooked just right. Fries were hot and not too salty. Atmosphere was the ood. Our kids enjoyed their meals.

Davison Culver’s employees are probably some of the best service workers in town. Everyone I go in I’m greeted with a neighborly greeting. This time I even got a little discount for being friendly to the guy taking my order.
