This culvers has really gone down hill last few months, the last 2 times my order is wrong! First time, 2 weeks ago large fries today 10 mins ago I spend 37.00 and Im missing a large fries(I get home and realize my double butterburger was missing also, Management needs to do better, Im done paying premium

Going to start going to the waterford location. This location hires people who are outwardly rude to their customers. 6:19pm Feb 22, 2026. I understand you guys deal with the public, but I didn’t deserve how he treated/talked to me. This was my first time out in a few weeks because I’m terminally sick, and this guy really messed up my evening by being an ass. I’m sure losing my business won’t hurt you (as everyone will be losing it soon enough lol), but I do hope you do better for your ither customers who have had better experiences.

Culver’s not cheap. We went to culver’s in different places this one is good. Food is always good. My husband like burger and onion rings. I like strawberries Field Salad. Staff is well trained. They are quick both dine in and drive through.

Not good customer service. There was one friendly employee, the only person to greet and acknowledge me after some time at the counter, but some other employees came over and told him to do something else, while they continued to ignore me. In the group there was one with his pants falling down and underwear visible. The food was not as good as other Culvers I’ve been to. This was the worst I’ve been to. Making me rethink Culvers in general, as a brand. This was from my visit on 2/1/2026 @ around 830pm.

Culvers, in my opinion has been about the best fish fast food chain around! However last 3 times I have visited them, the fish on the dinners have been terrible! The fish pieces used to be quite large and now they look like frozen van de camps fish sticks! I understand with the cost of goods today but, the fish is about 3″ Hopefully, this is not the new trend with them. i will give it a few more tries but,if this is the case I will not be returning.

It took quite a bit to receive my meal, so I immediately darted back to work to eat my food at my desk. I reached into the bag after I’d gotten down the road a bit for a quick fry, only to find I didn’t have any! Fries are the main reason I indulge in fast food in the first place. Didn’t have time to go back to get it even though I paid for it. Very disappointing…

This is the 3rd time that I’ve ordered the sourdough melt from this location and all 3 times, my bread was not toasted at all. It looked like they just put some melted butter on the middle of the bread and called it good. I had to bring it home and finish cooking it myself.
