This Burger King location really impressed me. It’s super convenient, spotless, and equipped with some of the best automated ordering devices I’ve ever used. The touchscreens are fast, responsive, and available in both English and Spanish, making it easy for anyone to order exactly what they want without feeling rushed or confused.

The layout of the kiosks makes the process smooth—you can customize your order, double-check it, and pay in seconds. Honestly, it’s faster than most fast-food apps. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it.

Terrible Expirience! I ordered a chicken wrap and asked to get double chicken and rude employee responded with “no we can’t do that.” I was willing to pay the extra fee plus in another Burger King I was able to do double chicken so I didn’t see the issue. Besides that, I ordered an unsweetened iced tea since it was in the kiosk. When I asked where they kept the tea he replied rudely again saying “we don’t carry iced tea.” Then why is it in the menu if you guys don’t carry it? Food was terribly disgusting. The tortilla seemed cut or some thing. It was a half cut chicken and my fries weren’t even full. Never coming back here ever again.

I purchased the flame and flight combo for 12.99 tonight and The kiosk didn’t show me my order information and made me pull forward with no help, the inside was locked by 8 pm so I was forced to use the device thru kiosk.
The person working there told me the combo doesn’t come with the firey mozzarella sticks or the sundae DESPITE it being listed on all the menu and adds. I ordered no mayo or ketchup it’s smothered in it, and I ordered an extra patty with cheese on the burger and they melted the cheese into a bag and put two patties in another. This is absolutely ridiculous and im so disappointed. With all 1 star reviews im amazed this place is still opened.

Came in around 7:45 AM for breakfast. There was one customer in the lobby and one car in the drive-through, yet I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged, even though the employee clearly saw me multiple times.

When he finally came over, he had no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting, no apology—just “what do you want?” I told him I had a mobile order for Sean, and he cut me off mid-sentence with a rude “name?” He then told me, in a condescending tone, that next time I should order it for in-restaurant instead of drive-through, even though it was my first time using the Burger King app and I followed exactly what it instructed me to do.

This was not a busy morning, so there is absolutely no excuse for the rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy. Customer service is literally this guy’s job, and he clearly doesn’t care to do it. I will never return to this location based on this experience alone.

Old and cold food and when I ask for my food to be off the broiler i get it cold 98% of the time especially if its the manger taking the order i don’t know if it’s because she doesn’t know what that means or just doesn’t care only time i get it off the broiler is when there’s some young guy taking my order and he makes me park in the front for about 7 minutes that’s how I know it’s really off the broiler takes 7 minutes to get and it’s actually hot wish they would do it for me every time I’d eat there more often it’s been like this for a long time …do the owners not read the reviews for their own restaurants or again do they just not care sad ..(UPDATE) so I went here again thinking it would be better hopefully…and it was worse got a raw patty and a bun covered in thick caked on flour and mold from were I have no idea…I’ve contacted the manager she don’t care I even went on Twitter and expressed my frustrations with this location and they told me they would contact the owner and let them know the issues and I would get a response from them ..maybe …well it’s been months snd still nothing so I guess they don’t care either.. can’t wait for this location to close and they put something else there (update) so it’s been a long time since I wrote this review surely they have improved …. Nope same old horrible food again I went in at 630am and ordered a loaded sausage crossandwich and again got old dried up food this BK is the worst !!

The customer service Is terrible. The cashiers don’t care at all, this the second time they ve recuses ti serve me , and its always the evening shift.Im very disappointed because I usted to be a loyal customer,Even when they finally give me my order, it takes over 20minutes,and they just ignore the order customers. I ordered the cini minis and a mocha iced coffee. The minis seemed under done and the coffee was vanilla. Disappointed as when done right, Burger King is better than McDonald’s.

it’s kind of sad I’m giving a low rating to this one when I just given another Burger King a higher rating in Santa Cruz.

The atmosphere is pretty much just like all Burger Kings. The food was typical Burger King food. The service there at that time was a bit busy.

When I ordered my Whopper Junior I told the manager taking orders that I wanted a lot of onions. I told her she could not put too many onions on it. I told her that I would pay whatever they wanted for lots of onions.

When I got the burger it had the standard amount of onions on it in spite of being charged for extra onions.

I looked at it for a few minutes and then decided I was going to go back up and ask for some more onions.

When I did the young man that helped me set had me show him inside the hamburger and said well okay…after looking at my receipt and seeing that I paid for extra onions. so he left his station for a second, went in the back with a little paper sleeve like the ones they used to put hash browns in and brought me out almost one more slice of onion and so that’s all he could give me.

I know I’m only one customer and was just getting a Whopper Junior. But whatever happened to “Have it your way”?
