I got my favorite – chicken cashew salad. I don’t think the chicken was all the way done…. It wasn’t bloody, but it was rubbery. Some of the lettuce was brown in the edges and the cucumbers were mushy. So I was disappointed in my salad. My husband got the walleye dinner and he was very happy with it. The walleye pieces were huge and crispy. The French fries were hot.

I think the people who work here are always friendly and kind, and I’m not sure if the issue is because I always order a gluten-free bun, but I’m always asked what I want on my burger and they continually forget the condiments. It’s happened every single time we’ve gone. Maybe it’s because we go through the drive-through? I’m not sure, but it’s wild because they do ALWAYS ask and I ask for ketchup, mustard, and mayo. But the only thing that is added is ketchup packets, not on the burger. I wonder where the disconnect is? Also, there are never any napkins included in the bag. I do like the taste of the burgers, but would really appreciate the condiments at least being added in packets & napkins always included would be very helpful. Hopefully, this is constructive criticism, because as aforementioned, the employees are always super nice!

I’m the pastor of a local church and on Sunday nights our services go until about 7:15. This restaurant is one of only 2 or 3 places in Chelsea that is still open for dine in at that time. Every time we go to this restaurant, the entire staff is so kind and patient with us. We walk in with a large crowd and it does not change how we are treated. They always make us feel like they want us there. The managers are so respectful and they go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. If you’re looking for a place in Chelsea with great food and even greater service, this is the place you’re looking for.

Culver’s employees are always really friendly, but I especially liked this location. The service was very fast and efficient. Our cashier, Owen, was especially kind. He seems like a nice and hard working person with a good soul.

My visit to the Chelsea Culver’s was terrible. The employee got our ice cream order wrong. When we asked for the correct item, the employee shockingly replied, “I don’t care if you don’t want a double scoop, I’m doing it anyway.”
This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager on duty seemed confused about how to process the refund. Zero customer service and a hostile attitude. Management needs to address this immediately.
