Been since 2023 that I got to try Culver’s for the first time. Finally get to have it again and it’s just as amazing as I remember. Food was amazing, staff are more than friendly. They provided complimentary sauce and drink when we asked for them after picking up our pre-order via App.
Restaurant was so clean, they had real flowers on every table, plenty of staff cleaning the store, bathrooms were spotless. Can wait to get Culver’s again, I already miss it.

Both Powerades tasted like water, and the wait was a lot longer then I had hoped for fast food. But burgers were AMAZING.

We ate lunch at Culver’s in the Birchwood Mall in Port Huron today. I tried its new spicy chicken sandwich value basket with fries. It was okay, but really can’t beat Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, both in flavor and size. My husband got the grilled chicken value basket with fries and a small chocolate malt. He likes the few fast food places that have GRILLED chicken sandwiches. Also, Culver’s has RESL chocolate malts . We like that we place our order and find a seat. Then they bring it to you.

Fast, friendly, clean. Staff was jovial and seemed to be a happy team. Food was good. This restaurant is a good representation of the chain. I typically avoid corporate franchises- Culver’s is one of the few that I enjoy and this particular one is exceptional.

We’ve never been disappointed at Culver’s. If it’s an option, it’s our first choice in drive-thru fast food. Never once have. I had food that wasn’t piping hot. Normally. Not a fan of crinkle-cut fries, but love those too.

Absolutely, the hottest fast meal I’ve had in a while. Great job ! My fries were fresh. My burger was loaded with all the toppings. The girl at the counter wasn’t pleasant, but on a good note, The Elvis Guy came over to my table and insisted I fill out a survey for a free frozen yogurt so I got a free dessert . THANK You, Culver’s, thank you, Elvis Guy.

Shout out to crew trainer Joe for absolutely horrible service! Came out to give me food while my drive thru post it was on car mumbled something while taking off post it started to leave realized wasn’t my order so had to park and walk in because I received # 64 instead of #65 walked up to counter and he needed argue that he claimed he said my order which is a load of bull. Should have asked for a manager but wasn’t worth my time because joe couldn’t be bother to use words or look at the damn sticky note on car.
I will still return to this location because I love the food and never have had any other issue but as a crew trainer your customer service is awful and hope you get some more training.

I absolutely love Culvers! Best food and actually a real fast casual restaurant unlike others that claim to be. The food is always fresh and hot, the custard is delicious and I love the toppings. The staff is amazing and we are always greeted when we walk in. I wish I knew all their names but a shout out to Sidney, Jay, Joe and Janet to name a few. My kids and I love it! And my daughter actually eats her food unlike other places. The new chicken sandwich is the best I’ve ever had and of course I love the butter burgers. Kids nights are also fun and awesome for them to offer. And the car shows every Thursday are fun to attend. It’s always clean too
