Would be 5 stars but I ordered a double bacon no cheese meat only. It came with cheese so 4 stars. Now don’t get me wrong it was freaking delicious but they did make that mistake. This was my first visit to this location. I do still highly recommend just have them repeat your order as is the custom at all fast food restaurants. Culver’s is my favorite hands down.

This is by far the worst location I ever experienced let me show you what they served me I asked for a butter burger look at this crap not once but twice after they remade it it looked the same I dumped that mess in the garage I was starving sitting at the dealership so was hoping to get a bit to eat nope I got something that looks like my dog would eat!!! I love Rochester and Madison heights location idk what this bun is but it was a flat patty the whole sandwich looked a mess what a waste of $11 smh do better!!!

Our customer service experience was so wonderful during our visit tonight, I was compelled to write a Google review. The store manager was incredibly friendly; greeting every table with customers of every age. He recognized previous visitors and surprised the kids and teens in our area with Culver’s ducks. The meal was honestly icing on the cake. We will be back!

One of the friendliest Culver’s locations I’ve ever visited. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, and the entire restaurant was spotless—so clean it looked like it was built yesterday. The owner even came out to introduce himself and made sure everything was perfect. Great food, amazing service, and an experience that truly stood out.

The Culver’s on West Maple Rd in Clawson is fantastic. My client and I regularly go there for lunch and socializing. Every time we visit, the service and food are top notch. I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff and management. The manager, Pano, is really cool and friendly guy. He sets the tone for the entire establishment. I often see him engaging with customers and going above and beyond his managerial duties. I have a lot of respect for him. I highly recommend this Culver’s to anyone looking for a fun place with excellent service, food quality, and preparation. Thank you, Pano and the entire Culver’s staff, for making our dining experiences so enjoyable every time we visit.

Finally checked out the Culver’s that opened in the National Coney Island space at Crooks and Maple.
We ordered a variety of items but mainly burgers … everybody was satisfied … definitely a good fast food burger if you want something different from the usual. I recommend Five Guys!

The service was good until it was NOT!!!
I order my dessert with my meal and was going to take it with me after eating. I did not want the dessert immediately after eating a full dinner. The cashier brought my dessert to me without asking if I was ready for it. This is the second time this experience has occurred. No one explaining that it is best to order the dessert later if it is not going to be consumed in restaurant. It is a quick question. However, now that I know the order is on a tracker and this is why my dessert was thrust upon me. I know to order differently next time. During the previous occurrence, the cashier made a custard waffle cone and held it in her as it melted; then proceeded to give me the cone to eat. This time to manager became unprofessionally loud describing how my pre-made custard cup was good enough for me to take home after it had been exposed to the elements; with a spoon that I did not request, no lid available and the manager proceeded to handle top of the open custard cup with dirty hands.

The Culver’s Deluxe basket here is as good as other Culver’s.
The atmosphere is airy and cozy at the same time. The dining hall is not as large as other Culver’s in the area, but they made it up with a mix of communal tables.
