Hands down my favorite fast food restaurant in town to enjoy a consistently delicious burger, fries, and frozen custard. They cook everything fresh to order (if you dine-in you’ll likely have to let your food cool down first it’s so fresh). I’ve never eaten anything there I didn’t like or love. I can confidently recommend anything I have tried (which literally includes everything except their salads, fried shrimp, veggie burger, grilled cheese, and pot roast sandwich that I’ve just never gotten around to). I’ll go as far as to even say their side of steamed broccoli is fresh and flavorful!
I’ve never been to a location that doesn’t have a very clean and maintained dining room. They make it very welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating, warm lighting (unlike some that seem to have horribly bright, white hospital lights), and employees regularly sweep and wipe down tables. If I’m not mistaken, any booth or table next to the wall each have their own outlet to charge devices which I find very convenient, as do most others I imagine who are stopping to eat right off highway 70 and need to recharge after a long day traveling.
All the staff I have interacted with are engaging compared to most places these days that seem robotic or inconvenienced to be at their job. They keep a tidy appearance, show speed and attention to detail in accurately preparing your order, and often have genuine smiles. They never act bothered to answer any questions you may have. I’d like to individually shoutout their general manager, Josh, who shows every bit of being a team player and a leader who displays all the characteristics of a hard worker if front of his staff.
Also… they finally have a rewards system!!! Not sure what took Culver’s so long to finally implement one. You immediately get 25% off an order upon signing up which is a wonderful welcome gift that isn’t commonly gifted from most other establishments. I spent $20 on my first order (edit: I also purchased 4 pints of custard which is not included in the photo of my meal) and am already nearly halfway to my first free item! And as I mention in the allergy portion of this review, they make the app so easy to operate (generally speaking too, but specifically in terms of ease of accessing allergen and nutritional info).
10/10 recommend!

I just went through the drive thru and they gave onion rings with batter that wasn’t cooked and a fish sandwich that had a smashed bun and the size of the fish was 1/3 the size of the bun. I called and all the did was say they was gonna send me a voucher for a value meal. I’ll never go to this Culver’s again. And I might never go to Culver’s again seeing how this is how they treat people.

This fast-food chain is a nice little chain to visit. The burgers are decent here, if you’re into smash burgers, this would be a good fit, I like the little crispy ends. But of course, what won me over were the frozen custards, creamy, and their fish, cod-y. Either way you can enjoy it by itself or what I like a little better, the sandwich. Perfect crisp outside and a flakey soft middle and piping hot. My favorite side though, pretzel bites. Perfect bites and always accompanied by its best friend, cheese. I’m telling you this place can get busy, but since it’s in a sort of plaza, I’m sure you can borrow some spaces if need be. I’ve been here with and without a long car line. The car line can be a wait, but in the end, I got through it and had a hot dinner. There’s a large menu at these locations, so many choices for different buds. They don’t have a Culver’s where I’m from, so it’s nice visiting this place once and a while.

A nice welcome in when you enter. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially for first timers. Got a single with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and ketchup. So good! Veggies were so fresh! It’s like a real burger made in a fast food place. Will definitely be back.

This was our first time eating at Culver’s. My husband ordered the Veggie Burger, and I had a single Butterburger Cheeseburger. The bread on my Cheeseburger was fresh and really good; I would have liked to have had tomatoes on it but they charge extra for tomatoes (on this Cheeseburger).

Usually the service and food are great at this Culver’s. My most recent experience was enough to persuade me to write this review. I was initially pulled forward (as always with Culver’s) but all I had ordered was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Concrete Mixer. Okay, that’s fine.
15 minutes later, I finally see an employee and ask if she can check on my order. She’s perfectly friendly and apologized for the wait. Then 5 minutes later, I am brought a concrete mixer that seems to have set out the entire time of my wait. On top of that, I found LITERALLY 3 pieces of toppings in the ice cream.

Good food, very clean. First time eating here. Salad was good, had to pull off all the meat even though I told them no meat. Needs more vegetarian options. Veggie burger would be nice. Ice cream was really good.

Matthew was absolutely amazing. It’s not very common to get good service with a smile and a good attitude, but this kid had a really good outlook on everything. Good worker will go back. Thank you so much, Matthew.

First time visit and probably last visit. Mushroom and Swiss had an appalling low amount of mushrooms. The burger patty was so thin. They were out of Buffalo chicken tenders so had to substitute regular tenders and gave us sauce on the side. It was the size of the tenders vs the price that was annoying. The dipping sauce was bigger than the tenders. I can’t believe that they charged so much for that. The 2 stars are for the tasty pretzel bites and the malt. It so expensive of a meal for what we got that I don’t know if we can go back to give them a second chance.
Edit was to add the photos.

We really enjoy eating at Culver’s. And tonight the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. This isn’t uncommon. We hit Culver’s a couple of times a month on average.
