When it first opened, everything was perfect. Now the fries are getting soggier, not as hot/warm. Seems like all our food had been pre-cooked. Custard seems a little bit high for what you pay for, so it’s usually food, or custard ice cream Hopefully this brand new business will return back into of the right way. We’ll see sooner or later. I mean it’s still good food, just I also could have had a, steak dinner, at Applebee’s.

Been there a few times since they have opened and they haven’t been very friendly. Tonight my boyfriend and I went there to get concretes and the one I ordered had Oreos in it instead of brownies (I ordered brownies in mine) I even had my boyfriend try it to make sure. We went back and let them know it was wrong and just asked to get the correct one. They took the wrong one from us and 3-4 staff stood around and looked at it like I made something up. My boyfriend told them we wouldn’t have even brought it back if it wasn’t wrong, they made us feel like we shouldn’t have done that. We were polite and even walked through the receipt with them. Then I’m assuming the manager walks up with another and says “I watched her make this … it’s the same as the first one”and shuts the window on us while the rest of the staff just stares out the window at us. Like why are you even trying to argue? Why even be like this? Mistakes happen, it wasn’t the end of the world, it just wasn’t what we ordered so we just asked for what we ordered. She was so rude. They have the worst service and I haven’t had one positive interaction with them since they opened. I’ll drive to Muncie or Anderson next time.

2 dfferent times in a week, ordered chili, at drive- thru, specifically asked for sour cream and crackers, never got it, what’s so hard about putting sourcream and crackers in a bag!! I guess I’m going back to the Anderson location!!
