Maybe I’m just being too picky I don’t know. Every time I come to this Culver’s it’s usually with my boyfriend around 10-11 p.m so I try not to nit pick things. But it’s been almost every single time we have came to eat here and something minor gets messed up in our order, which is whatever no biggie it’s late so I try to be understanding… But tonight, I could tell there was something going on, about four other cars in front of us were waiting for their food from the drive thru in the parking lot and it was late and we were in no rush so in my mind there wasn’t really anything to be upset about… until I got home and realized we must’ve been waiting for the cow to be butchered in the back and slightly cooked then served… like I said, I might just be too picky, but I’ve never seen a burger from any kind of food joint like this before. Maybe if it were a true sit down and dine establishment, I wouldn’t be so bothered by my rare undercooked burger… But to my knowledge they don’t really ask those kinds of meat temperature questions…. But with that all being said, I most definitely did not finish my food tonight. I didn’t even give it to the dogs.. it was pretty raunchy looking.

I used to really loved it and when I first found out they had banana splits I was on cloud nine. Slowly they are going downhill. Where they had these nice big banana splits with three big scoops of ice cream, strawberry, chocolate, and caramel toppings, and lots of whip cream turned into a downright disappointment. 1 scoop swimming in nothing but syrup, no whip cream just a sticky mess. Last time I went inside and the cashier rang up the wrong thing and the time before they have me the sandwiches but didn’t want to give me the split. I think it’s time to avoid them for a while. Culvers, you had amazing ice cream. Why did you change? Please do better.

Burgers were overcooked. But it was later in the day. Everything was fresh and pretty good. Little on the pricey side. What isn’t these days though. Inside could have been a bit cleaner. All in all a good experience. I would visit again.

Usually love Culver’s but tonight they really dropped the ball. This burger had to have been made at least an 30 minutes ago, like they just slapped the cheese in here and warned it up a few seconds, the cheese isn’t even melted, bread not buttered just straight out the pack, still powdery on top. Came in an hour before closing, one of the employees rolled his eyes and checked the time on his phone right in front of us. I know it’s a later time than normal to get food, but he was acting like we came in 20 mins before closing. It’s okay to be annoyed, but at least try to hide it. Besides the rude employee, food was good.

The place was overtly cold. This made our food stone cold by the time it was delivered. The bugers were dry… no toppings, but they were cooked well. Sadly, we were in a hurry, so we didn’t stop to tell them it was too cold. We did go up to get mustard.

How it takes 30 minutes to get through your guy’s line is beyond me. Chic Fil A gets 3 times the business and the wait is never that long. The product is fine but it’s like the store is operated by infants some days.
