I’ve been to this Culver’s twice before. Both of those visits were great. So now it’s on my list whenever I’m passing by Cleveland on the OH turnpike. Unfortunately yesterday was disappointing. My food took a long time to prepare, but when they brought it to my table the burger was not hot. The cheese was not even melted. I was in a hurry so had no time to ask and wait for a hot burger. I ate it because I was hungry but it was not enjoyable at all.

This was our first visit to a Culver’s in 25 years. Maybe it was the nostalgia, but it didn’t feel (taste) the same as all those years ago. Custard was the best part of the meal. The fries definitely weren’t salted and seemed like they were sitting for a couple of hours. Burgers were, well, burgers…nothing special. I wouldn’t write them off just yet…maybe it was just this particular time.

Was traveling through and stopped at this Culver’s, trays were wet with paper being soaked, trash cans were all full, AC was pumping it down to 60 degrees so we moved outside, went to the bathroom trash all over the ground and paper towel roll outside the dispenser like they could grab it but didn’t have the time to put it in when there’s only 5 tables full in the restaurant. Seems like a management problem to have so much staff but nobody fixing these issues. Food was good but service and quality was bad

I’ve had some decent burgers but today I got the most dried out burger I’ve ever had. The cheese wasn’t melted to it at all and there was absolutely no juice to the burger. It tasted like it was sitting out for a while. The food I got tonight was nothing like it has been. To make it worse we had to wait because they forgot part of the order.

The food was absolutely delicious. I got a butterburger and a root bear float. I’ve never had one made with custard, and it has spoiled me. The staff was very kind and explained everything since it was my first time. The kids meal was great and even came with a scoop of custard which my kids loved. My husband had been here before but still enjoyed the food nonetheless. He got a deluxe burger with the fries. We’re not usually crinkled fry people, but they were honestly crispy, hot and delicious. Will definitely be back to try custard malts!!

Update- This Culver’s is awesome!! There so nice a kind. I really liked there cheeseburgers! Custards good too. Fast and fresh! All fresh topping. The crinkle fries reminded me of white castle fries! Not bad at all. Bathrooms are so clean!

We love this place, but an annoying thing they often have you do is pull up while you wait for your order. When we did that today, they forgot one of our drinks and the mayo and ketchup we asked for. Because the temperature outside was so cold we didn’t want to keep sending the person inside when we realized everything they had forgotten. When you can get your items at the window you can make sure you get what you asked for. They also charged us for an extra item on our sandwiches that we never received.

This is my Go to Culver’s when I’m in Cleveland. It’s close to the Interstate and I’ve had no trouble with parking for a car. The food is top notch, the service is friendly and excellent, however, every time I go, it seems the staff are short- handed and usually there is more of wait in ordering and being served than many of the other Culver’s I go to. Maybe I’ve had bad luck, but it seems to be a pattern. Anyway, I’ll still go there. It’s Culver’s!

The only enjoyable pat of a 40$ meal was the hot tender my son decided not to eat 2 different burgers where Luke warm at best cheese not melted and cold cheese curds. Should have just went to chic next door for half the price at least all food is hot.
