We are so happy to have a Culver’s near us! The food is always fresh and delicious. Culver’s burgers are so good, but tonight i tried the fish sandwich for the first time, and it was awesome! Everyone at this Culver’s are always so friendly and helpful. Tonight the nice gentleman who brought us our food “Robert” was very kind and knowledgeable. We also watched him go around cleaning tables non stop. It’s so nice to see someone take such pride in their job. Thank you Culver’s for being a part of our lives that makes us so happy A+

I sat in the parking lot putting together an order for the app. I had a coupon which was denied, also, when I finally decided to pay i was advised that function was not operational. I got online for the drive thru and placed my order. I was bringing lunch home for myself and my wife. I received my order and proceeded home. We took the food out of the 2 bags and discovered the French fries I paid for were missing. I also ordered a side of the mashed potatoes and gravy. I opened the lid and the container only had which appeared to be 1/2 a scoop of potatoes with no gravy. The container wasn’t even 1_2 full. We love Culver’s and I would have returned to the store, but, it is approximately 20 miles to our home and back. The other part of the order was delicious like everything I ever ordered from Culver’s. I understand the store being busy at lunch time, however, I would like what I paid for. Besides the problem with the food I was not able to order from the app and lost reward points spending $34.02

Our first visit to this location. We went on a Saturday at 1230, it was slammed busy. Drive thru and inside. We stood on line, counter people were super friendly and apologized for the wait. We didnt think it was long especially for the time of day we went. We ordered 2 fish dinners, and we went and found the last table available. Waitresses were running orders to tables, inside and out. They were killing it, quick as the orders were ready, out they came, every one of them hussling and smiling and making sure everyone had what they needed to enjoy their meal. As a business owner also, it was great to see a staff pulling together, and helping each other and making sure everyone had a great lunch in a full house
Thank you to your whole staff and managers for pulling it off

I’ve been to many other Culver’s locations. This is by far the worst one. The wait for food is ridiculous especially considering they always seem to have plenty of employees standing around the cash register area. I was given onion rings that were half cheese curds at the drive thru. And then today I was given a coke so flat it must have sat out for days and burnt watery cheese sauce. The employees only seem interested in barking loudly at you to fill out the receipt survey. They need to worry more about timely and correct orders.

My wife’s accent came back the second the first cheese curd reach her lips and she sounds like the day I met her in Wisconsin. Food was good. Great up opening. My two year old daughter approved- but I now I gotta remind her she is a southern bell.

Love our new Culver’s! Great food (love their burgers) and great, friendly service. Fast food, but with a dining atmosphere. You order at the counter, get a number for your table, then they bring you your food when it’s ready. They even sometimes check on you later to make sure the food is good, or to see if you need anything. A nice change from typical fast food. The frozen custard is delicious, too. Great place.

This was our first time eating here. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The recommendations given were really good. The custard was a great sweet treat for dessert. The prices were reasonable and worth it! We will visit again and wish we had a Culver’s in our hometown.

Stopped in for the limited time Walleye special. Crispy coating but a little mushier in the middle than usual. Always a treat to get Walleye down here in Tennessee.

I was excited to try Culver’s since it’s still relatively new to the area. The concretes (shakes) were decent but I didn’t feel welcomed at the store. I’m aware the store closed at 10pm, and I ordered a small order at 9:20PM. I was trying to hurry my meal and leave the store in a timely manner. But, the cleaning lady came to me with a condescending tone telling me “I’m letting you know, Culver’s closes at 10pm and you’re sitting here at 9:40pm…so you’ve got 20 minutes.” The information doesn’t bother me, but the tone in which it was said and the looks I got from the staff. Makes me never want to return

My family travels around for work and we have eaten at several Culver’s in the process as it’s a family fav. This location was one of the best we have ever had! The food was perfect. I mean like, the toppings were on the burger like you always hope for them to be but usually at a “fast food” place – that’s not what you get. Not here! It was like they made the food with care, while not sacrificing time. No overly greasy burgers either! The owner was at the counter and on the line helping his staff like he was just part of the team and that was highly impressive. You can tell that he truly cares about his staff, his customers and the quality that his restaurant is putting out to the public. He welcomed you in the door and said his goodbyes before you left. Our first time stopping in was about ten minutes before close and we tried to hurry in because we felt badly that it was so close to the end of their day. Not once did we feel like our late arrival was any sort of inconvenience. Robert answered our questions, took his time taking our order and even saved us a few bucks by telling us about a party pack for to-go pints! I know that they’ve been open a short time but I truly don’t see this experience changing because of the level of care of the entire crew. Keep doing what you’re doing!!
