Great experience at Culver’s! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming and very well organized. I especially want to mention ANA, who took our order — she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient, and made the whole experience even better. The entire team was polite, professional, and worked together perfectly. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to ANA and the whole Culver’s team for such excellent service!

Stopped here driving from Naples to Tampa. Very convenient off the highway. Food was fresh tasting and quick. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

I was so excited to try Culver’s for the first time tonight since we don’t have any locations where I live, but I was so disappointed. The food that I did get was actually ok, but the service and order accuracy were shockingly horrible. I ordered the works without onion on my burger only to find that there was just a patty and cheese. They also forgot the sauce I ordered with my cheese curds. When I got up to the window, the young male employee handed me my drink, and without telling me the total, immediately said “Do you wanna pay ma’am?” in a questionable tone like he thought I wasn’t wanting to pay or something. How weird. After I pulled up past the window to wait for my food I opened the root beer lid to find that it was barely more than halfway full. When the young lady who brought me my food came up to my window, I brought it to her attention and she just stared at me blankly like I was trying to get away with something until I assured her that I hadn’t already drank any of it. She begrudgingly fixed it. Maybe just a bad night? It’s odd because the reviews of this location are pretty good. First and last time at any Culver’s location. This whole experience was like being in the Twilight Zone.

One of the better Culver’s in the area. Service at the counter is always prompt and accurate. My wife generally always orders the pot roast with mashed potatoes while I opt for the butter burger with cheese and bacon and fries. Our meals have always been as ordered with no issues.
This Culver’s also is very clean with staff walking the dining area routinely ensuring it stays that way.

The fish and chips is my favorite thing here. It’s amazing and much better than a lot of sit down restaurants that serve fish and chips. The onion rings, cheese curds, burgers and frozen custard are good too.

I thought this is top two of my favorite fast food burgers of all time. I enjoy dining in. I just wish that the other patrons that dine in as well were respectful to others that are eating due to the noise level. I wish that the manager on duty would at least walk the dining room to ensure that everybody is keeping their good time to a moderate yell.. watching teenagers. Throw french fries from table to table. Also didn’t sit with me very well. It’s not my responsibility to say anything but it would be nice if the manager was a little bit more attentive
