I recently visited Culver’s for the first time after hearing many positive comments about the food. I downloaded the app and placed an order for curbside pickup. After waiting 15 minutes with no update, I went inside, where I waited an additional 10 minutes before receiving my order.
When I arrived home which was less than five minutes away from the beach. I discovered that my Wisconsin sandwich was completely burnt. I called the restaurant and spoke with Amanda, the manager on duty. She informed me that the only options were to remake the sandwich or issue a refund. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, the inconvenience was significant. I was already home, hungry, and now had to drive back because of food that should never have left the kitchen. Additionally, my car smelled strongly of the burnt food.
As someone who regularly frequents Chick-fil-A, I have never experienced this level of oversight or inconvenience. Based on this experience, I am highly disappointed and will likely continue supporting establishments that consistently demonstrate quality and attention to detail.

I was craving a burger, so I stopped in to Culver’s because I heard their burgers were really good. Sorry to say that the burger didn’t satisfy my craving. I got the double deluxe, and when I was eating it, I felt more like I was having a lettuce, tomato, and onion sandwich because they totally overwhelmed the meat. The meat on the burger was way overcooked to near crumbling and flavorless. The cheese curds were hot and crispy but nothing special. I know a lot of people like them, but they were just not my thing. Overall, I think this was just an average meal.

This is happened to me twice now if you’re going to put a drink shake or concrete mixer in the bag with the food is it too hard to put it in a drink holder? At least this time the bag didn’t rip through from how wet it was but like come on it’s common sense. Also the burger was so overcooked it was like a damn hockey puck

Our typical Culver’s, just because it is close by. But honestly they rarely do a great job. 9/10 times we have gone we always have to return to the drive through. Whether it’s because our concrete mixer is more liquid than not, our cheese curds are room temperature, or they forgot something. This last time was the nail in the coffin when the food tasted like it has sat for a while. Not something I would ever expect from Culver’s. I suppose we should have visited their distant cousin… McDonald’s. Ba da ba ba ba.

I had never tried Culver’s. First chance was last evening by drive through. Cheese burger loaded by my 6 choices, as I wanted it, small fries, Fall special concrete thick shake salted caramel & spoon. It is quite good. The burger top notch. Drink is unique and tasty. Fries normal. I was not asked about ketchup. So none were added to my bag. Don’t forget to ask for ketchup. I had not enough of it at home. Good though.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Waited 20 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream with some snickers which never came. Keep in mind no one was in the drive through. Other people beside us got their food and left swiftly however we heard and got nothing. Unbelievably horrible service.

Culvers s a well managed chain with beautiful locations. Their food is just OK and their ice cream is good but not excellent like Freddie’s . It’s good if youre in a hurry. Most of the employees are friendly.

We loved the upscale fast food Atmosphere. They only start cooking your meal when you order it so it’s fresh and they deliver it right to your table.
I had the fish and chips value meal I think they call it where you get coleslaw and fries it’s strange though that it didn’t include a drink but that’s okay.
The fish was flaky and tender and probably could have done with one piece because of how big they are.
My wife the grilled chicken it’s great to be able to find a fast food place serving grilled chicken now as most have done away with it now serving just the coated chicken deep fried.
We will be back to try some of the other menu.

Was very satisfied with this restaurant, which seems to be a hybrid between fast food and sit down restaurant. Interior was comfortable and clean, servers friendly and helpful. Burgers a bit dry, fries amazing. Will return.

A nice place to grab a quick bite and the staff is friendly and provide fast service. They offer burgers, fish sandwiches, and sides. Culver’s is also known for their frozen custard which makes for a great treat to accompany your meal. You can use the drive-through, order inside and take it to go, or you can eat in the nicely appointed dining area. The atmosphere and finishes inside are much nicer than you expect in a quick service restaurant.
