I had an incredible experience at Culver’s tonight, and I really want to shout out Greg and Jacoby for making it special.
From the moment I walked in, Greg set the tone with genuine kindness and professionalism. You can tell when someone actually cares about their job and the people they’re serving, and Greg absolutely does. He was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was done right without rushing or cutting corners.
Jacoby matched that same energy. Friendly, upbeat, and on point. The kind of service that makes you feel welcomed, not just processed through a line. Together, they made the whole visit smooth, positive, and honestly better than expected.
The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what Culver’s is known for, but it was the people that made the difference tonight. Greg and Jacoby are the type of employees every business hopes to have. They represent the brand perfectly.
Huge thank you to both of you. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been a regular here over the years and the location gets worse as time goes on. The whole place is ran by high school kids or those who just graduated and it shows. Staff yelling across the lobby like it’s some kind of frat party. Cross contamination happening in the kitchen which was so easy to see from the front lobby. Orders are NEVER accurate, I end up getting a double when asked for a single, so nothing complicated. Cheese sauce on this order was solidified, and only half full. No idea what is going on here but the place is in despair. The trash at the drink area was also overflowing with trash and liquid all over the floor and counter, yet there’s 6 staff just talking away behind the counter while only 2 actually do any work. This is such a poor work environment and there is zero management. I can say that anytime there has been a good employee, they haven’t stuck around as they get the work load as others just goof around.
Skip this location. It sucks

Popular burger and ice custard chain. Food is nothing special and they have recently started salting their custard, which ruins the flavour. Staff are generally high school kids learning about the hospitality industry. They are friendly and helpful.

When i went to go to get a root beer float there was barely any root beer and ice cream. Then i called the maneger. yet they say its enough. I was mad. The other location near the cinema was better.

Yeah we arrived at 11:58 PM. On 02/19/2026 girl says please wait a minute before we could order. Then when she returns and I go to order. You hear a guy in the background yell they are closed. So you made us wait 2 minutes to then tell us you’re closed. Shouldn’t bother having extended hours if your employees can’t handle it… girl was rude and admitted yeah we got there before they closed but still they’re closed. Learn to run your employees and get a better team leader or night time manager in place

This is hands-down the best Culver’s we’ve ever been to — and lucky for us, it’s right down the street from our home in Naples! The staff is consistently friendly, always greeting us with a smile and treating us with genuine courtesy. Our orders are always accurate, the food is served hot, and the quality never disappoints. I especially love the North Atlantic Cod meals — they’re fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time.
And to top it off — the ice cream is delicious! Just keep an eye on the daily flavor rotations. I’m partial to the butter pecan, but there are so many great options to choose from. My husband’s favorite? The malts — thick, creamy, and always satisfying.
Culver’s has truly become one of our favorite go-to spots. Highly recommend!

A while ago I left a comment about the bottom of the hamburger bun being cold on the sandwiches I was receiving several times. Since I wrote that comment every time I’ve received a sandwich since, the bottom part of the bun has been warm. I appreciate that somebody made that correction and I continue to be a loyal customer as my family is also.

The atmosphere was calm, clean and comfortable. I did not feel like I was in a fast food restaurant (that’s a good thing). I placed my order and to my surprise they bring it to you. I got it in about 5 mins to me sitting.
The burger patty could have been seasoned more, it wasn’t standing out whilst eating it. I dressed it with the Honey Mustard (absolutely loved it) and ranch and it helped tremendously. Fries were cooked to perfection. I mixed Dr. Pepper with Coke, a good blend.

BEWARE OF EATING HERE. Look at your food before you start eating here. I turned violently ill after they served me chicken tenders with the paper wrapping still attached to the chicken. Never in my life have I felt sicker.
