Been to this location many times. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. This particular visit, McKenzie and Sarah were top tier! From taking my order McKenzie was friendly, cheerful and made sure everything was to my liking. To pulling up and McKenzie and Sarah being very friendly in the window. They offered my pup a “Pup Cup”. Decided to let the boy have one since he’s the best boy. Haha. He absolutely LOVED his Pup cup! My pictures didn’t turn out with him eating it but you can be sure he did. Thanks for always having great friendly staff. Each and every visit I’ve been to this location it is always a great experience. Will never hesitate when deciding on this place for great service, food and friendly faces!

Monday Burger Time! What better place than Culver’s.
As we approach the counter, we were greeted by Casey, who was training a fellow team member, we found her to be exceptionally polite and professional, exhibiting a welcoming demeanor. This exemplifies outstanding customer service.
The Culver’s Bacon Butter Burger was out of this world , it was hot fresh and just delicious !

So we had to repeat the order three times and still didn’t recieve fries with the basket meal and she almost forgot to bring out the concrete mixer. When we drove up to the window she had to change the order again because she got it wrong. The lady at the window was almost in a rush to get us through and there was no one behind us. I think her name was mary ann or mary jo not sure. The lady who brought out the food was as nice as she could be and helped us get the food straight, it was just the lady at the window…

Man shot out to Culvers manager yamilet (probably miss spelled) but I has a mis happy on my order yesterday and didn’t get to enjoy the amazing custom burgers they make. But today she made things right by allowing me to go get the original burger that with miscommunication was made incorrectly. . Anyways thank you I really appreciate you guys being 1 of the only restaurants that fix the mistakes. Thanks for replacing the meal I think it’s better than it would have been yesterday. Yamilet is an amazing manager. Best costumer service of any restaurant I’ve ever had a mix up at. Sorry for the hassle but thank you.

This is unreal and unbelievable that they would serve customers rotten bananas!!! Instead of offering us something else. Worker was also rude and did NOT CARE. What a waste of time and money. Management needs to have a meeting about giving out rotten food to customers. Never going back to this location. Lack of care and customer service.

Went to lunch just now for a cod fillet, the gentleman at the window convinced to try Northwood walleye sandwiches. He did a terrific job on explaining the fish and it being a lake fish, unfortunately the sandwich it’s self was very lack luster, there was no taste compared to a cod it felt like I paid more and was given less. The bread and lettuce along with the tartar sauce was the only flavor I tasted, do yourself a favor, if your in the mood for a fish sandwich stick with the cod.

Three minutes in the drive-through to order two chicken sandwiches. Seven minutes waiting in line to reach the window to give them my money, and my sandwiches weren’t ready. Sorry, I thought this was fast food. The person at the window told me yes it’s fat food fast food, so apparently 10 minutes in the drive-through and still having to wait for your order is fast food! I think I’ll go to Burger King where you have your meal when you drive up to the window.

Drove into the drive thru lane and straight out the other end. Ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and they said with tax $10.00. No way……….. That’s just too damn much, they can keep them.

Culver’s is always amazing. Every single item on their menu is delicious. You don’t come to Culver’s to stay slim. Culvers is true to its Wisconsin roots of delicious food filled with cream and cheese and butter!! My only complaint is that their single scoop ice cream became half its original size a couple years ago and they eliminated a snack pack that was a great deal.

The food is of a better quality of ANY PLACE in town. It’s noteworthy that it’s the ONLY place w/a DRIVE THRU WHERE PEOPLE CAN GET FRESH STEAMED VEGETABLES !! broccoli !! And a la cart fish (I’m on a special diet + it is a rare thing – *Note: A Special thanks + *COMMENDATION to the *evening Mgr. last night 12/3) (I think her name is Lee-w/cool glasses ) I even commented to her that it’s the ONLY PLACE in the whole town, where the employees are ALL kind, respectful and nice! LIKE IT USED TO BE /AND SHOULD BE) I call it “My Happy Place”.
If we could afford to…we’d get food there every day! Instead of once a week. May I suggest a Senior discount program?
